I ordered this for my pet Raccoon to house her at night. Order arrived a few days earlier than expected. The crate was super easy to put together and was larger than I expected it to be. It love the way it looks since it was going to be kept inside my home. It was made great and I’m 100% sure it would have been escape proof once she gained a little weight. She could fit through the sides but with a few pounds that would not happen. I sent it back because after spending the time putting it together (which was very easy but still took time) it was beat up with a lot of huge dents in it. I called and ask for a discount and would keep it but was told no to send back. So I got a full refund and will find another one somewhere else. I don’t think asking for a discount was a problem because it’s unfair to me to pay full price for something damaged and a agreed upon discount could have made us both satisfied and I would have kept it. They did offer me a $5 discount. That’s just funny. However at the end of the day I really believe if you have a huge dog (or a smaller one and want a bigger space for them) this would be a great crate for you. I just hope when delivered it’s not damaged like mine was. And it looks so good when put together. ... show more

Loved that it’s durable! Great size for Female Great Dane! Easy to assembly and tear down to reset up elsewhere and storage. Wish the latches had a different method because the knobs can get hard to turn some times. Also wish there was a door on the end for ability to put in to tight spots where the side may not be accessible. ... show more

The crate itself is wonderful and will be a welcome place for our growing German Shepherd, however, i should have paid more attention to the fact that there is no door on either end, just in the middle. It made it more difficult to arrange it in the area we intended. Also, there is no divider so we had to improvise until the puppy grows a little bigger. Both relatively minor things and does not distract from the crate at all. Overall very happy with the purchase and it will bring a lifetime of comfort and respite for our puppy when he needs it. it is great.our dog loves it!very strong,very nice looking.the only thing I would change ,is make it just a little wider.the heighth is great&also the length.our german shephard is huge-tall&long.he hasn"t even tried to get out of it,seems to be totaly comfortable with it,we tell him it is time for bed,or ask him if he knows what time it is&he goes straight over to the cage& gets in,lies down-we love it! ... show more

this was worth EVERY penny!! we have a pitsky/boxer/mastiff mix, he’s a big boy & VERY strong but this kennel keeps him perfectly safe & secure when we’re not home. it’s big enough for him to sit up and stretch when he needs to & he sleeps comfortably in here. though we wish it came with a bottom tray because the bars on the bottom were uncomfy for him & has caught his lil toes once or twice, but lucky we have a spare bottom tray that fit, & blankets to put in there. highly recommend for any strong dogs that don’t like a wire kennel!! ... show more

I bought a large one about 2 years ago. I have two dogs that weigh $100 pounds. The crates that I got at a local pet store were not even close as tough as these. So I replaced those after they destroyed them. It was time to get the second dog a new crate so I came back to get the same one because I have had no problems at all with it. Although I agree with one review that wished there were inserts you could put on top of the bars. I solved that issue by measuring the inside and getting one as close as I could and forcing it into the bottom of the crate. ... show more

It's huge. I couldn't get in house by myself. I ordered it September 2nd, received next day or so. I requested return. Follow shippers directions. UPS will provide label, and pick back up. You will be charged to return, which is understandable. After showing "returned" you will receive your refund approximately weeks later, approx September 21-24th. When my refund status was confirmed processed, it was in form of AMAZON CREDIT! They did not refund it to my private label Visa Credit Card. I WAS ISSUED AMAZON CREDIT? I am filing a dispute with my Visa card. I have chosen not to to any further business with this company. ... show more

No complaints. It is best for two people to carry / assemble, but one person can also handle assembly. Very few screws to put in the frame and, otherwise, the pieces come hooked together and just unfold. Wheels are a nice touch. The door on the side was helpful for my set up. I'm glad I splurged and bought this for my dog. We'll all be more comfortable with the living arrangements. I'll feel he has a "home" and not just a cage. And, it looks nice enough to have set up indoors. The locks are "dog proofed" and lock assembly is easy to use. Two trays underneath can catch any accidents and slide in/out easily from the side of the kennel. ... show more
