Loved that it’s durable! Great size for Female Great Dane! Easy to assembly and tear down to reset up elsewhere and storage. Wish the latches had a different method because the knobs can get hard to turn some times. I ordered this for my pet Raccoon to house her at night. Order arrived a few days earlier than expected. The crate was super easy to put together and was larger than I expected it to be. It love the way it looks since it was going to be kept inside my home. It was made great and I’m 100% sure it would have been escape proof once she gained a little weight. She could fit through the sides but with a few pounds that would not happen. I sent it back because after spending the time putting it together (which was very easy but still took time) it was beat up with a lot of huge dents in it. I called and ask for a discount and would keep it but was told no to send back. So I got a full refund and will find another one somewhere else. I don’t think asking for a discount was a problem because it’s unfair to me to pay full price for something damaged and a agreed upon discount could have made us both satisfied and I would have kept it. They did offer me a $5 discount. That’s just funny. However at the end of the day I really believe if you have a huge dog (or a smaller one and want a bigger space for them) this would be a great crate for you. I just hope when delivered it’s not damaged like mine was. And it looks so good when put together. ... show more

Doubt the pup will damage this cage, large enough a large dog can stand up in, no chance of a dog out-growing this dog kennel. The box it came in was flimsy and damaged, kennel arrived in one piece and undamaged. Heavy, but once wheels installed it moves around easy.

The crate itself is wonderful and will be a welcome place for our growing German Shepherd, however, i should have paid more attention to the fact that there is no door on either end, just in the middle. It made it more difficult to arrange it in the area we intended. Also, there is no divider so we had to improvise until the puppy grows a little bigger. Both relatively minor things and does not distract from the crate at all. Overall very happy with the purchase and it will bring a lifetime of comfort and respite for our puppy when he needs it. Purchased this for a great dane puppy, since they grow ridiculously fast I needed something that she would not out grow quickly as she will be using it for quite awhile until fully trained. This was very easy to put together, love that it has rubber locking wheels I can move it, to clean or relocate the puppy in another room if she is being to loud. It is much more esthetically appealing compared to other large crates. It has two doors depending on the size of your dog and the top flips up. If I had any suggestion it would be the door locking mechanisms are not of the same quality as the crate overall. As far as the price yes, it is more expensive then most other brands however it is very sturdy, it is not thin wire it goes together very easily and can be broken down easily to travel with, lays flat. I did purchase a dog mattress and waterproof cover to put in the crate. ... show more

    • It huge! Get help! Wait forever for refund!!

It's huge. I couldn't get in house by myself. I ordered it September 2nd, received next day or so. I requested return. Follow shippers directions. UPS will provide label, and pick back up. You will be charged to return, which is understandable. After showing "returned" you will receive your refund approximately weeks later, approx September 21-24th. When my refund status was confirmed processed, it was in form of AMAZON CREDIT! They did not refund it to my private label Visa Credit Card. I WAS ISSUED AMAZON CREDIT? I am filing a dispute with my Visa card. I have chosen not to to any further business with this company. ... show more

This dog cage is amazing ! I absolutely love it ! My 9 month old Golden Doodle is trying to understand his new house . He does not like it at all but it is a great heavy duty cage !!! Easy to put together!
