I really like this weight!!! But I thought I was buying a set of 2 of these. In placing my order, I think I clicked to switch the size of the weights from 10 lbs to 5 lbs not realizing this meant I would just receive one 5-lb weight.

If you can't aford 2, then do 1 bicep Curl, 1tricep extention, one shoulder lift, ect.....and then change sides. Nice colors. Feels good in the hands. I've got 1 lb -12 lbs.

Used these amazing dumb bells for physical therapy light exercises. My instructor gave me PT exercises for my shoulder, and these dumb bells have been a blessing. I would use these for my deltoids exercises and light reps/sets. My PT helped instruct me with these light-weight styled dumb bells and has been awesome ever since.
