Ok the reviews are accurate. You will more than likely need customer support. It's complicated to set up. You can contact the company and they walk you through it. They are on China time so 6pm-6am. It is absolutely worth getting help. I am awful with technology and Daisy made it so easy. You have to keep up with daily maintenance and watch their videos. I love the oven. 2 minutes to cook the image and has come out perfect everytime. Very thankful for the help and their positive attitude. ... show more

    • OK printer and ok support, better off getting a real Epson L1800 printer.
Printer is very good quality, all steel case and the print mechanism doesn't look flimsy or easy to break. We had a software configuration and after contacting support they helped us work through the settings and helped us get back to printing very quickly. However, after only using it a couple of months a bunch of issues started bothering us. One, even though we are using the film roll, the printer will constantly think that it expects to have sheets fed and will continuously scroll film out looking for the end of the page. You have to turn it on and off about 10 times before it goes back into roll mode. The software isn't a legit copy of DTFRip. You have to exclude the software directory from Windows Defender so that it doesn't automatically delete the files in the directory that tricks DTFRip into thinking it's legit. Since you don't have a license, you can't upgrade to get new features. Upgrading drivers causes everything to just stop working. It looks like they have taken the guts out of an Epson L1800 and slapped it into a new metal chassis. It looks great and when it's working it prints fine. When I had a clogged print head, they pointed me to a replacement printhead they sell, but it doesn't even have the same connectors as the printer they sold me, so I'm not looking to spend $250 more to find out. ... show more

Colorsun-Jack was very helpful in fixing the printer when it would not feed the paper through the printer correctly. He then ensured that all the settings were correct and proper. He ensured all my questions were answered and that I was good to go before disconnecting with me. Thank you for all your help in fixing the issues. During initial shipping the printer arrived in a sturdy crate, however there were a few items missing (power cord, drip tray, RIP software). After reaching out to the company they promptly sent out the missing items from the shipment. I was very happy with the customer service from the company as well. After doing several prints with the print the print quality of all the DTF prints have been amazing and are perfect. Highly recommend this printer from this company. So this is my first dtf printer...I was so lost, only had a Mac, had to buy a PC so that was a learning curve. I'm a graphic artist with 2 degrees and I thought I was tech savvy until I met my match. This printer. I contacted tech support and they literally held my hand, figuratively, and walked me through the entire set up. The first dummy print looks amazing! Now for the real test, to get in there and print my work. I'll update after real use. P.S. if you need to get ahold of them...make sure you have whatsapp and I contacted them at 9pm cst because they are on the other side of the globe. It's worth staying up late for and missing some sleep ... show more
