My feet were starting to feel achy after my walks, so I got these insoles to see if they would help. What a huge difference they make! I tried them out in my favorite pair of hikers after a long day and immediately started bouncing around the house in them. They feel so. . . boyant. They have a ton of cushion that my hikers's insoles (which are a well-known brand and expensive) do not provide on their own. And yet they don't feel like some of the foam-soled shoes that feel great but wear out quickly. These feel like they will hold up to the test of time (and miles). Note that although these are advertised to fit up to a women's size 10, they fit my size 9 hikers perfectly (I usually wear size 8.5). I anticipate that these insoles will be a game changer for my walks and hikes. I guess I should expect no less from Dr. Scholl's, whose classic sandals I first started wearing in my teens. Compared to other insoles I have tried these seem to be lasting a long time without getting thin or wearing out. I stand and walk for 12 hour shifts so insoles have been a must on every shoe I have worn. My feet are not aching at the end of the day and that is all I ask. I wish they were a little thinner because with some shoes it makes it too tight on my feet. ... show more

Trimming these requires very sharp scissors or a knife. I think it's helpful to take the insole of your shoe out and then draw a line tracing and then carefully cut. They are very comfortable and they fit well in my Adidas vintage style sneakers. Any shoe that runs big will fit these. However if your shoes are already tight, it will be a bit of a struggle to squeeze this thick insole in. Regardless these are very comfortable in my feet feel awesome now. ... show more

I love these insoles! I replaced the insoles on my sneakers (which were already very comfortable to wear) but this was an upgrade ! I didnt need to cut them as they are sized 9.5. I have a pronounced arch and these offer support throughout the sole of my foot. So comfortable in my shoes. I stand for a significant portion of my day, so having insoles that truly pamper my feet is a must. You shape the insoles to fit your specific shoe size and they're very easy to slip into any pair of shoes to get all day comfort. These are very comfortable. They go to size 10 and you can follow the lines to cut off where you need to for your particular shoe size. I found that these fit fine just the way they were in my size 9 shoes. They do definitely offer some level of comfort. My only wish is that they were a little bit more arch support, but that’s not what these are advertised for so I can’t knock a star off for them. ... show more
