I have not installed it yet. I only unpacked it and put it in it's future location to check if ,y m,easurements were ok. It looks great, good flame picture. Can't judge the heat output yet, cause it is so hot outside right now. If I remember I will update later this year in fall.

Fire sound sounds more like rain and product is damaged with constant flame. Contacting Amazon support to see what my options are. Update. Amazon sent me a new one and picked up the old one. Still had some minor defect in the LED which the seller said it was a shadow from the log but we disagree. For the cheap fire noise sound they suggested to simply not use this feature.
