I just finished my third bottle of these Lung Support pills and I could not be more thrilled than I am right now. My first order arrived in March 2023. Now I almost panic if I think I’m going to run out. I never want to do without them again. In the past two or three years, breathing had become very, very difficult, I just knew it was because I am an overweight long term smoker. My O2 levels hovered in the mid-high 80’s but rarely got to 90% or above. These Lung Support capsules have made a measurable difference. I measure three separate factors. The speed and distance I can walk. And my O2 level on a consistent basis. I think I must’ve had Covid in 2020 but didn't know it because (looking back) the breathing issue was so sudden and so severe. I am also pretty sure I have undiagnosed COPD on top of that. I chewed myself out daily for letting myself get into such bad shape. After all – “you’re a fat smoker” is what I told myself and “what else would you expect” was repeated over and over in my head!!?? I was sad, depressed, and angry at myself. I had severe difficulty walking from my car in the parking lot, to the front doors of the hospital where I work. The more steps I took, the slower I went. I would drag myself at a snail’s pace (literally) and I had to stop half way (or less) just to catch my breath and try to make the second half of my walk to the door and then once inside, I needed to make it all the way to my desk. By the time I could sit down every day, I was gasping for air with my heart nearly beating out of my chest. I often panicked because I just could not breathe. I thought it was only a matter of time before I’d pass out for lack of oxygen. This was the case every single time, every single day for more than two years. I thought I was condemned to live that way forever. But thankfully, I came across these little jewels. Now I can take much deeper breaths and the smoker's rattle is gone. I noticed a measurable difference after the first two weeks of taking Dr Tobias Lung Health supplement. I am very happy to say I can walk the distance from my car ALL THE WAY TO MY DESK - AT A DECENTLY FAST PACE - WITHOUT STOPPING and I’m not gasping for air, shaking all over, worrying that I’ll pass out or kill over when I get there. This is huge for me. My O2 level is now staying 95-100%!!! I check it almost every evening at least 3 times. To say I was shocked with this is an understatement. I was in a fire accident at my parents' home when I was 18 years old on January 7, 2005, and because of that I inhaled a lot of smoke, and I had second degree burns to my hands and face. The doctors told me that my lungs will forever be like a smoker's lungs due to the immense smoke inhalation from the fire accident at my parent's home. Because of that occasion, I have cough asthma and I tend to get bronchitis several times a year. It's horrible! A simple cold or flu will turn into bronchitis for me, which is the worst cough I've ever experienced in my life. Nothing gets rid of bronchitis cough!! It goes on and on, and then the phlegm!! I tend to get prescribed antibiotics to get rid of the bronchitis. But this year, the antibiotics were not as effective and it wasn't COVID because I got tested. So I decided to purchase this supplement in a whim to try it out and see if it would alleviate my bronchitis cough. All I can say is Wow! I noticed an immediate difference and an immediate positive effect right in the same day that I took the supplement. My cough improved drastically, I still get little bouts of a "cough attack" here and there but it's not as aggressive as it used to be, and I have noticed an improvement in the phlegm. I'm not coughing aggressively at night anymore, I don't get the out of nowhere cough attacks where people stare at me like if I'm dying or like if I'll get them sick, lol.
