This product is advertised to fit 8-14 shoes. However, it's not ideal if you have large feet. My shoes are either a size 13 or 14 wide and these inserts are not quite long enough and wide enough to fill the shoe bed without moving around. I would say these probably work best for someone who wears a 10-12 medium shoe. For smaller shoes, I'm not sure how they can even be cut without loosing the edge design. Other than the sizing issue, they are ok but not ideal. The other issue is that they are thicker at the heal and arch which means that if your shoe has an insert that you like, or you have another orthotic that you want to use, adding this gel on top may add too much height to the heal or arch. These are great, don't get me wrong. But I need as much support as possible. If you have humongously high arches but don't want to go to a specialty store, go for the nexet step up in the Dr. Scholls line.

The insoles on my New Balance shoes were shot and needed replacement. I wasn't expecting sticker shock when I went insole shopping, but I sure got some! You can definitely spend some serious money, depending on your size, brand preference and if you're trying to treat any special foot issues. These are about as cheap as you can go (more or less) so I wasn't expecting a lot when I ordered them. Turns out, I got exactly what I expected. After these arrived, I gave them a look over, trimmed them to fit using some scissors, and walked around in them for a bit. They definitely felt a little bit different at first, but were fine. They don't slide around inside the shoes. They add a nice, 1/4" or so layer of gel under your feet. Not bad. These are advertised as "comfort and energy massaging gel insoles". If they say so. These are really just simple gel insoles that don't slip around in the shoes. They're definitely better than nothing and can be trimmed to fit the shoes (in most cases), but aren't anything fancy. I don't think these will cure any major issues or revitalize a completely a shot pair of shoes. But if your insoles are all that need replacing, then these might extend the life of your shoes by a good 8-10 months. For the price, that's a pretty fair deal. ... show more

I have a condition called Erythromelalgia which causes your feet to hurt and burn all the time. This version of Dr. Scholl’s inserts make the burning and pain a bit more manageable for me.
