For its size it does an amazing job. We just got solar panels and (to reduce our LP consumption) I wanted to experiment with small-ish electric heaters in various rooms around the house. I think I found the one. This one does an incredible job. I set it up in the basement as a test. It's a pretty large open space that stays about 8 to 10 degrees cooler than the main floor. Within 20 - 30 minutes it brought the temperature up to within a couple of degrees of the main floor. I've had the cords on other heaters (oil filled, milkhouse-types, ceramic, etc... ) get hot, but this one will run all day on 'Eco' mode and stay cool to the touch. That is reassuring. Small footprint and heats my bathroom quickly. Yes, my bathroom. I have little to no condensation or risk of water damage due to where I place it and my tub/shower area does not steam up. This is a happy surprise considering that I purchased as a warehouse deal. Came in original packaging and unused. The way it works takes a little getting used to. If it doesn't go on, turn up the temperature. If you need an extension be sure to use heavy commercial grade. So far, so good. Will update if needed. ... show more

This is a good alternative for smaller well insulated rooms or RV’s. Larger rooms would take more than 1. Very cost efficient and can be wall mounted or floor standing. If you are dipping below the 40’s a single unit will not provide enough heat even on high. I would still give it 4 or more stars if they are used properly. ... show more

    • There's a rumble in the house... And I'm not talking about a fight ;)
I was hopeful for this sleek little bugger. Worked reasonably well. The heat close to the grill - because it's a small unit - was a concern but the cats stayed away from it so I guess that's a non issue. But there was a noticeable low frequency "rumble" when the unit was sitting on the floor. Louder in the next room. I put a pad underneath it and that absorbed the rumble but it made the possibility of putting it on the wall dicey. No doubt the rumble would shake the wall too. Had to return. ... show more
