These foot pads are not really the magic cleanser and bad spirit eradicator that some people claim, but they are a relaxing treatment that helps sooth sore feet when you don’t have extra time in your day for a foot soak. Put them on at bedtime and peel them off in the morning before you hop in the shower. The order included ten pads and two herbal mixes, which left me with a dilemma of wearing a different herbal mix on each foot for five wearings or to wear the same herbal mix on both feet for four wearings and then miss match for one wearing. I would rather have had an even number of each or just my choice of one. Neither mix had better results than the other. I have recurring plantar fasciitis and the pads and the adhesive pieces that hold them in place feel very relaxing and comfortable after a not so comfortable day of walking. ... show more

I am sleeping better. The down size is I can not completely remove sticky glue on the bottom of my feet. The glue is very hard to remove.

It is 5 a.m. and I woke up feeling rested and with no stiffness and pain like I have for the last several years. My wonderful father passed along his arthritis issues to all of his kids. I have had arthritis since I was 26 yrs old. I am now 53. The pain on some days is just overwhelming and causes me so much stress. When I came upon this product I thought, " It's cheap so I won't be out much. Why not try it?" I took a bath and washed my feet really well. Put them on my feet according to the areas that were bothering me. It comes with a reflexology chart so you can place the pads where you need them to go. I have started having gallbladder issues so I placed one in the gb spot and the other on back and knees. So....this morning, for the first time in forever, I wake up feeling like I did at 25. I am not tired from tossing and turning all night due to pain. No bad chest or indestion pain. I feel great! I am going to buy more for myself and elderly parents. I don't care if it is all in my head. I feel amazing and even my mood is fantastic. I certainly do recommend these little gifts. I included a pic of the nasty black pads that came off of my feet. I will wear them again tonight. This will be part of a routine for me. I am excited about my busy day today. Just that alone is something for me. I am usually grumpy as heck. Not today!!
