    • Lightweight, quiet, but turns off after one hour
I have been using this about three weeks now. Got it because I was tired of sitting all day for work - BOO! I work from home and have a sit/stand desk that I use this with. PROS: lightweight and quiet - compact size overall. I can walk at 2mph and no one on my calls hears the treadmill. I average around 6 miles a day. Sometimes I have to take a break and sit for a few minutes. If I am doing a lot of typing - I slow down a bit. I find this pad easy to move when needed. CONS: I took one star away because it cuts off after one hour of walking. If you don't look down in time you won't see how far you walked in miles (the display scrolls through speed, mph, distance & calories burned). I don't like this feature at all. I can walk more than one hour at a time. Also - you have to have the remote to turn it on etc - so don't lose it. This pad doesn't have an incline feature but I do not need or want that for "walking at work". I have a big treadmill that can do that. Tossing that out there in case others wonder about that as a feature. Definitely recommend this despite the one hour cut off. Sitting is the new smoking. Wish I had bought it sooner. Like the size/weight and it's quiet. Easy way to get steps in no matter the weather and consistently! ... show more

Comes in one box, a bit heavy, take out the surrounding components and plug it in. The pad works well, sleek and clean. I’ve made one phone call with it and the other party could not hear it. It does have wheels but one of mine is tough to move but I will try to clean/wipe it. It is a bit heavy to move without that wheel but manageable. I do find the lubricant tends to show up in the sides and track at times which then is on my shoes and then on my floors so that’s annoying. I’ve been researching walking pads for a while and feel this is a great choice. No major issues so far or issues where I’d consider returning. ... show more

I don’t know if I’m just awkward but it feels like I’m always about to fall off. Also, it only goes as fast as walking speeds, can’t run. Otherwise, as advertised, easy to set up and easy to use.

I’ve been wanting a walking pad for a few months and finally decided on this one. I ordered and shipping was nice and fast. The walking pad was very nicely packaged and came in excellent condition. When I went to plug it in I got an error code. After working on it for a little bit, I emailed the company about the issue. They replied very quickly and I sent a quick video of the problem. Again, they responded very quickly, apologized for the issue, and promised to send out a replacement right away. I had my replacement within two days and I’m super happy with the product. The customer service was outstanding and I think that is always so helpful to know when making this type of purchase. I will update this review if anything changes after using the product for a few months. But so far I love it. ... show more

Item came fairly quickly, easy to set up, good manual with decent directions. I did have to adjust the mat as it was too far over to the left when it arrived but the tool and instructions were good and it only took a minute. ONE WORD OF WARNING: do NOT walk barefoot. I walked 15 minutes and now I have blisters on the balls of my feet. And I wouldn't recommend flip flops. ... show more

    • The walking mat slips a bit.
It’s a great product for the price. The only negative is that the mat seems to slip to a side and you kind of need to walk a special way to realign it.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this in December, so waited a couple of months before leaving this review. I cannot recommend this highly enough, if you’re looking for a way to incorporate movement into a sedentary day! Pros: I have a sit/stand desk, and use this almost everyday Mon-Fri…anywhere from a mile a day to 6 miles per day, depending on my workload. The range of speeds is phenomenal for desk use, as you can choose from a barely moving walk, to a true speed walk or very light jog (very light…definitely not the equivalent of going to a jog). It’s fairly smooth, with the occasional slight slip in the belt, but nothing that has ever made me feel unsteady. Sturdy and solid, with no shaking, bouncing, or scooting while in use. The remote is nice, so you don’t have to bend down to adjust anything. When I’m not using it, I move it out from under my desk and lean it against by bookshelf…it’s definitely too big to roll under any couch I own, but since I have a dedicated home office, it’s not an eye sore to anyone but myself. Also, when it arrived the belt was misaligned, but with the help of the manual and a YouTube video I found, I was able to adjust it with the provided tool (a little turn goes a long way, so take baby steps, unlike me). Cons: The “beeping” is loud when you turn it on, adjust speeds, and stop it. There is no way to turn the sound off or adjust the volume, so you definitely can’t make any adjustments when on a professional call, unless you can mute yourself. The “wheels” are useless. When trying to roll it around, the wheels don’t really turn, making it more of just a dragging movement. With my wood floors, it left pretty substantial marks that I had to rub out…so I just pick it up to move it now. It’s not a terribly light machine, so it may be too much for some to maneuver regularly. ... show more
