Super soft and fluffy and gives you actual support for those that sleep in their side without being so stiff that it makes it worse.. not sure on durability of filling as I’ve not had it long. That’s usually what happens the fluff gets unfluffy pretty fast and then I’m on here buying a new one.. gods I wish companies would simply make things to last. I bought the cooling cover body pillow and could not be happier. I'm doing physical therapy rehab for one of my knees and this pillow completely alleviates any "pulling" strain from side sleeping I'd experience without it. The cover is so soft and keeps it's cooling promise (which is divine), and there is just the right amount of stuffing. Not too much, not too little. Which is important to me because overstuffed pillows, again, can cause pulling strain because of the angle for my knee, similar to not having the pillow and the proper relief angle. Ah, the bliss. I am a side sleeper and I can't sleep comfortably without a body pillow. At first, like some reviewers said: it is not thick, I was concerned when I received it. I am glad I bought this pillow. After sleeping with it I learned that the other previously bought pillows were too thick for me. The thickness of this pillow is perfect for my hip and body alignment. It is easy to move this pillow from side to side unlike the other thicker pillows I had before. I don't put my head on a body pillow: only arms, legs and feet, so thickness of this pillow is just right. I use latex pillow for my head. I will definitely buy this pillow again. I really needed this cover, oh so soft. I have a full bod pillow I have had for a while and I have only one cover for it. This one fits great and the microfiber material makes it so soft to sleep on, the material is also breathable which helps keep the pillow cool. You can also add a second pillow with the one you have already in there if you wish to firm up the pillow. I did this, I added two pillows to my insert and it really made for a nice firm pillow, just what I needed. This is a must have for anyone with a full body pillow and a sever back problems like me or arthritis. The Downcool full body pillow insert is worth the money, to it has let me add two pillows to one pillow and that is what I needed.
