My tablet, even in it's case, is very secure and the stand is very sturdy and plenty large enough to hold my tablet. It has grips on the bottom so it doesn't slide around on counter tops. This is very lightweight, allows for charging while on the stand, and comes in a nice bright "pink" (rose gold). There is protection (shown in pictures) to prefect damage (scratching).

As far as how it works, it’s great. I use it for my portable monitor and my iPad. It feels sturdy and so far I haven’t had a problem with it even on carpet. One that I would like to note- I wouldn’t count this as a criticism per say- is that is awkward to put in your bag. I take it with me to work and travel and I have to Tetris it in there. I originally bought this so I could use my iPad as a second screen. When I first got it I was skeptical that it would be sturdy enough to hold my iPad in one position but it works great. I often use it as a phone mount when I don't need my iPad. I can't tell you how much I love this thing. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the bold logo on the base of the stand but I covered it with a sticker that I like much better. ... show more

The stand arrived very fast as I did receive it 2 days after I ordered it. The packaging was robust and protected the product. The stand came wrapped to protect it from scratches during shipment. The base itself has four rubber pads in each corner that provide an anti-slip function so it will hold very securely when on a smooth surface. The back rest and cradle of the stand has the same rubber feature that helps hold the tablet secure as well, even with the case we have for our iPad. What a great accessory to my devices; this stand is great. It is solid and glides like butter. And it can hold my iPhone 12 and Kindle Fire equally well. I use this most often in the kitchen to follow recipes on my tablet or phone. It takes up very little space and keeps my electronics off the counter. It is most useful with my phone.
