The directions for setting up the combination need to be made clearer.. Still trying to figure it out... The Manual is just a piece of paper that is maybe the directions for all of the Diosmio safes... The emergency keys I understood but the MASTER KEY??? there is no master key! Thats actually the HANDLE according to the diagram that came with the safe... ( user Manual ). But eventually it says Master key is the ( KNOB). The video is incorrect ..its 4 AA batteries not AAA as the girl in video says. Once set up is complete it works well and worth the $$.... ... show more

I’ll update once I see the replacement, but I received mine with broken down packaging, missing parts, etc. it seemed a bit flimsy and beat up (I’m hoping just due to the poor packaging from it being opened and returned??). Hoping the new one is better. So far I’m not the most impressed :-/

It is a nice safe, the only criticism is difficulty in the instructions as I couldn’t set the date or figure out why 2 passwords but it’s a good value.
