The technology is awesome, but we have had nothing but problems trying to resolve issues with operation. Dimplex sends out parts, but can't fix the issue. We have $3500 invested and can't get it functioning. Would be 5 stars if you can get it to work.

Incredibly realistic. Looks a lot better than any electric fireplace I have seen, because it's actual water vapor rising up, you can run your hand over the "fire." This thing is a huge hit with all of our guests. And it's been running for about 2 years without any problems whatsoever. Hoping it lasts ten more without issues. I've also got the complimentary heater installed right above it which is pretty neat, it's only $100 more I believe, and adds actual heat. ... show more

Very attractive, but stopped working in 1/2 of the unit after 1 to 2 uses and still no replacement part and technician after two months. Too much risk of malfunction with this product. When you pay this much for an electric fireplace, it shouldn’t be like rolling the dice!

This salesperson is horrible. The delivered late and missed many things which I had to buy separately. I have email the seller but he never even bothered to reply. The product is good if you buy it from other sources but DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER
