We got this clock to replace a projection clock that had dimmed to uselessness — a common occurrence. This clock is easy to read, easy to set, and I'm grateful for both the brightness settings and the remote.

I love the blue color. I like having the time date and day of week as well as temperature. On this display the date is before the month. For example, 30d 12m. I prefer the month first. It has ten levels of brightness and you can even shut the power off, i.e., turn off the display. However, if there are no batteries in the clock turning the power off to the display will reset the clock. If you have batteries in the batter back-up slot, you're good to go. I wonder how long it would last on the battery back-up. According to the instructions the battery back-up is only for memory and the display will not light up without the power cord plugged in. You can set the clock with the remote so you never really have to take it off the wall. It has the "must have" battery back-up. Of course, this particular clock could do without the battery back-up since it has the remote, making it easier to just set the clock when power goes out. Nevertheless, I'm glad for the battery back-up. It means never having to set the clock again. The only thing I have mixed feelings about is the power cord. It's just one of those things that doesn't look pretty. The cord is like ten or twelve feet. So, there's plenty of it if you have an outlet close by. I wonder if batteries would have worked for this clock instead of a cord. If it could last a year on batteries I think it would be worth it. This clock also has a counting timer and a count down timer on the remote. And this clock even has daylight savings time settings. You can have the colon flash or not. I like to have it flash so I can count seconds. It has a pair of kick stands for it to set on a countertop or night stand. I don't know how accurate this clock is. Only time will tell but I like it so far and I'll find a use for it. I also don't know if it will stand up the steam of a hot shower if I hang it in my bathroom. It also comes with hanging hardware and a nice measuring template so you can hang it accurately. The one thing that struck me as odd was getting the PM to show up. When I set the time it was 7pm. In order for the display to read 7pm I to set the time in 24 hr mode and then change to 12 mode. No big deal but a little odd. ... show more

Well there really isn't to much not to like about this Digital wall Clock made by Abovsare. The size is great at 10.75 wide x 7" 1/8 high x 1" 1/8 thick it's not so big were it takes up to much space on your wall but still big enough to see at a distance. It come's in four different colors, blue, Red, Green, And Orange I got the blue one but i think any of the colors would be nice. Now I have a lot of clocks and clock radio's and out of all of them this one by far is the easiest one to set up, finally somebody went back to the old school way of setting up a clock I didn't even read the directions until i decided to use the remote. This is a 2023 digital clock with the day of the week, the day and month it is, the time of day, and the temperture in fahrenheit n or celsius but you set it up like the clocks we had back in the 1980's so a normal person can understand it and you don't have to keep the directions around for the next ten years just in case you have to reset it again because you won't need them like a lot of them are in todays world. Some clock radio's take you a week just to learn it so your radio alarm will go off at the right time and your not late to work. I'm not stupid when it comes to electronic's but some of them the way there set up is just stupid. Okay enough of that this digital clock has a electric usb 5 volt plug power cord and also can be used with a 1.5 battery but i'm not sure which battery it takes because a AAA is to small and a AA is to big and it's not one of those flat batterys either so they must make a 1.5 volt battery some were in the middle of a AAA and AA battery. I really don't know how much all use the remote other then to dim it or make it brighter but the remote seems to work just fine and it looks nicer then a lot of those remotes do that come with your RGB lighting. Overall this is a nice digital clock that will hang on your wall or it has two feet in the back that swivel out for if you want it on your desk or a table, it also has a ressesed grove on all four side in the back for the cord and if you need to you can wind up some of the cord around the four tabs on the back side so somebody put a little thought in to this clock before it was manufactured. There is only one thing that i really don't care for and that is it is made all out of plastic i would have liked to maybe seen like a clear pyrex glas screen on the front to give it some protection from getting scratched but other then that i think it's one of the best clocks i have seen or bought in a long time. I picked this up as it looked like a clock that can be viewed easily across the room. This clock did not disappoint. This one was blue in color and it looked great, even from across the living room. It has nice big numbers and ten levels of brightness adjustments. The clock did not come with a USB power supply. It does come with a cable and plugs into a power supply with a USB-A jack. I used an old cellphone charger and it worked fine. The power supply should be at least 1A. The clock uses 2 AAA batteries to keep the memory and time of the clock. The batteries are only for that purpose and do not power up the clock directly. If you lose power, the clock display will shut off but its time and date will be held by the battery backup. The real nice feature of this clock is that it has a remote control that can set the time, date, and brightness level. This is real slick as you do not need to touch the clock at all to set it or turn it off. The remote worked great, even on the other side of the room. The clock can be mounted on the wall by lining up its holes with wall screws or it can sit on a table or desk with its folding stands.
