Very attractive combination of olive green with the white numbers and gold trim makes it look more expensive than it is. Second hand works fine. Reads easily from across the room and it's completely silent. I wish they made more styles with this color combination. Works as you expected. Somehow, I thought this clock will have wooden texture or similar, but as per product description, it is made of plastic and it has that plastic texture. Once you put on the wall, none of this matters though. Very light weight. Also, one thing I learned is that you can't use lithium battery on these kind of clocks. I read it's too much power and will make the clock malfunction and you may have guessed ... I put lithium battery and it stoped after couple of hours. Make sure you use the alkaline battery :) ... show more

First of all, this clock is so pretty!! And I particularly like how easy it is to read. Some clocks aren’t and you have to stare a while to figure out the time. I think this clock would look great just about anywhere, but, I have mine in a white kitchen and it is perfect there.
