We are actually very please with this purchase. I waited a while to write a review because I wanted to wait until summer was over. That being said, This fountain actually worked very well. Besides it looking pretty out in the pool, it kept our pool about 5-6 degrees cooler this summer vs. the previous summer.     • Cooled hot Florida pool down
Bought this for our in-ground, unshaded pool that was hitting 90+ degrees in the summer. Actually cooled pool down a few degrees!! Not too hard to install. Can adjust how high/low/hard/soft you want the waterfall to be. I found the sound relaxing when floating around in the pool. My kids (2 and 4) loved playing with their toys in the waterfall. It is made of a pvc-ish material, so I can see it potentially breaking if kids are hanging on to it though. Took it out for winter but plan to use it again next summer. ... show more

Great fountain! A breeze to install! Helps to lower pool water temp during not weather! Provides a cooling shower that is fully adjustable. Keeps your water temp manageable and provides a "Splash-Pad" environment to your pool! Very good quality construction. It’s not even July and my bestway pool was already lukewarm at 90. I purchased this to cool it down and it dropped it down so quick to 80. Although my kids think that’s too cold, they are wrong. It’s perfect. The waterfall sound is peaceful and the kids love the waterfall fun. It almost turns the pool into a lazy river. It’s helped the circulation of the water and was probably a main factor in getting my water clearer. My only complaint is the water is not coming out evenly through all of the holes… mainly the end holes. Not sure if that’s because of the product or my pool pump - it’s the one that came with the pool. Overall, fantastic product for the price. Def recommend one. ... show more

    • Works perfectly for an Intex pool!
The media could not be loaded. This product is very high quality and works 100% as advertised. I can confirm this works perfectly with an Intex pool, and is super easy to install. The directions were super clear and install was less than 5 minutes. The only issue is that my fountain sagged a little bit from the pool wall, but I reinforced it with some nylon string. The fountain spray is strong, and it is nice that you can rotate the valve easily to turn off the fountain to circulate water in the pool when it is covered. This is my 7th season with an Intex pool, and this is a must have if you are in a hot climate like Texas. The cooling effect is very nice on 95 to 100 degree days when otherwise the pool would be too hot. Don’t listen to that 2 star review from Sabrina who doesn’t know what she’s talking about. Lastly, the sound of the fountain is super zen and relaxing and adds a whole new element to my backyard environment. Thanks Poolhacker! ... show more

    • Very handy to help cool pool
Our pool was getting way too hot for comfort so I tried this as it seemed to be the easiest set up. We do have a shade cloth and umbrellas also but this fountain helps circulate the water with the cooler evening air and it gives us the additional temperature relief. For the money this was a great find. It is all plastic and not particularly sturdy but we haven't had any issues and it adjusts the flow as desired. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Just a month or so ago I bought a sunflower sprayer with led that was supposed to light up. Problem , was not automatic, nor solar, so manually walking down to use a remote control was poor design, and it did not last a week. Seriously, too lazy to box and return I found this and it’s much more pleasant and sprays water much higher. The seal on the tubing makes the water pressure spray 10-12 or more feet even on low pump setting , and the adjustment piece moves easily if I add chemicals and wish to better circulate the water to broadcast chemicals, or to push more debris to the skimmer. Excellent buy, just wish it had some sort of lighted solar system to go with night time pool ambiance that the waterfall sound provides. Strong buy ... show more

    • Cools the water
To my surprise this works great at cooling our otherwise warm bath water pool. The water temp dropped 7 to 8 degrees. Installation was easy as well. You probably need to be careful playful kids don’t accidentally hit it too hard but that is just an opinion. Good quality and functionality.
