The setup to download photos from your phone to frame was so easy. The birthday boy got to download all of his favorites as well. We recently lost our dog and I wanted this to have different pictures and videos of him and this works amazing!! It seems to have a lot of storage. The pictures are very clear. Uploading process was sort of a learning curve due to user error but after a while it was seamless!!
