The frame is fantastic, easy to set up and easy to use. The picture quality is great. I did have a problem with my first one, it shut down and I could not get it back running, but I had a great experience with Ashley in customer service. Even though I was just one month over the 1 year warranty date they replaced my frame and I was able to upload many of the picture from the history on the apps. How ever pictures from others would have to be added by them. I should have back them up on a separate source, my fault, I will do this next time. ... show more

We recently lost our dog and I wanted this to have different pictures and videos of him and this works amazing!! It seems to have a lot of storage. The pictures are very clear. Uploading process was sort of a learning curve due to user error but after a while it was seamless!!

I gave this frame to my father (a youthful 75 year old) for Father's Day. Since he's not much for technology (he calls the computer "The Thing that beeps"), this was a GREAT solution to his constant demand for the latest pictures of his grandchildren. Setup of the frame was done in minutes, and soon thereafter I was able to dump several dozen shots from my phone while I received an amazing lecture on saving for the future. When I got home, I was able to pass the share code to my wife, who also sent a batch of photos over without any problems. The screen is bright. The controls are easy enough to understand I was able to talk my dad through changing the picture cycle time over the phone. That I was able to do that should tell you everything you need to know. This is a very good digital photo frame and helped remember so many fond memories - both while setting it up and then looking at the slideshows :) Please note you get 6 GB of usable space for photos and videos. The good: + The display is crisp and photos look bright and clear. + The slideshow is smooth and employs a variety of transitions. Pretty good! + The charger doubles as a stand so it takes less space and is robust. + Loading photos through the SD card is the best way. I love it that all the photos in the card can be downloaded with one click. + Built in battery does keep the frame working for just under 30 minutes. I found this helpful when we had to pickup and talk about some of the photos near us and didn't need to carry the charger around. Areas of Improvement: - The app to transfer photos is limited in count and length of videos so there is a lot of improvement possible. It is only practical for the quick transfer of a few photos. - The SD card should be usable as additional storage. I would also like to commend amazon's replacement processing.
