I think I had reviewed this before but l like this so much I wanted to write another review. I had shopped and researched both online and in stores. While I did see this in one store in the blond wood, most other devices don’t look as great and most don’t have all these features. If I had to give it a “ding” it might be the temperature gauge. It may be because I have it in a tv console and the shelve is right above the shelf with my stereo receiver. It must be the reason that I question if it is giving me true temperature of the room because it always seems to read much hotter then I know the room is. It's a classic digital clock! I'm happy with it, as it includes everything I wanted in a clock, with no issues. Pros: It's feature-filled, with MM/DD/YYYY date display, full text day label (Monday/Tuesday/etc.), large 12/24 hour digital time display, interior temperature, and hygrometer readouts. It's easy to set and forget, and keeps good time (+/- 0 seconds since I've set it up.) Five dimmer options, so it's not too bright and not too dim. Has two USB ports (one type-C) for charging/powering external devices. Cons: Despite looking like wood, it is actually plastic. I purchased this item and set it on my nightstand. Only wanted it for temperature and it looks cool. Never had an issue and one night the numbers started acting funky and not lighting up correctly. I emailed the company sent my order number and they shipped out another item immediately. That is a great customer service company. They are no bull just want to make the customer happy. My old clock kept losing time so I decided to try a different product. This is bigger, but the display is easy to read. I like being able to track the indoor temperature and humidity so I know if I need to fire up the humidifier or adjust the thermostat. This one was much easier to set than my old one, even though I admit I liked the smaller profile it offered. We'll see if it lasts longer than the other one. So far, so good. ... show more

    • Beware! This alarm is not reliable, at all!! Overslept for a 2nd time

Little upset here, I overslept for a second time today, made me come late to work, again! And I really liked the alarm design vise, what a bummer. The first time I thought it was my fault, that the time was still set to a previous later time, and so I overslept. From then on I double checked to what I set the time, every night. Last night I set it from 8:30am, to 8am, locked the time in until it stopped blinking, then checked again what time, it showed 8am (alarm 1). This morning, this thing goes of 8:30am (alarm 1 - previous set time), not 8am. This is fatal! Second time too late for my job. I have to return this... Also one little thing I didn't like from the beginning. When you set the alarm from like 8:15 to 8:10, you only can run the minutes forwards to get there, unfortunately no way to go backwards setting minutes. Not a huge deal, but still a lil annoying. But doesn't matter, since I can't relay on that thing, just awful. ... show more

First off, there is NO blinking separator on the display. You know the 2 vertical colon-like dots between the hours and minutes? On most digital clocks they constantly flash. That is not the case with this clock. There are 4 levels of brightness, it is easy to set, and has a nice slim form factor. We don’t use it as an alarm clock so I can’t comment on programming it, but I can’t believe that would suddenly be complicated because setting the time is super easy. It isn’t an atomic clock so if power goes out it will need to be reset, or if you have fluctuations in your power you may occasionally lose a minute. No regrets for this purchase. ... show more
