Description

The DEWALT DCS7485T1 flexible 60V MAX 8-1/4" table saw kit features FLEXVOLT technology; the world's first battery that automatically changes voltage when you change tools. The flexible battery is backwards compatible with our 20V MAX tools so you get up to 4X the runtime. (With FLEXVOLT 60V MAX battery when used with DEWALT 20V MAX tools.) you can slide the battery into a whole new lineup of 60V MAX and 120V MAX tools from DEWALT. This table saw features 24" of rip capacity for ripping 4x8 Plywood or OSB sheets. Rack and pinion telescoping fence rails make fence adjustments smooth and accurate, with tool free adjustment of the guarding. Table coating reduces friction for smoother cutting. This saw offers 'power-loss reset' which prevents accidental re-starts following a power disruption when the switch is left in the "on" position. It has a metal roll cage base greater durability than plastic bases. Adjustable Rear feet designed to level the saw on uneven work surfaces. On board storage for guard, fence and wrenches and miter gauge. Specs: no load speed 5800 RPM, arbor size: 5/8", depth of cut at 90 degrees: 2-1/2", depth of cut at 45 degrees: 1-3/4". • Awsome saw
Color: Multi
So easy to adjust, powerful, you get some good work at of it before battery runs out. Extremely easy to move around and set up.

  • This saw is a beast!
Color: Multi
I love this saw. Compact, solid but lightweight, adjusts easily, and it's powerful. I'll definitely be buying another one for my other van soon.

  • It's Dewalt!
Color: Multi
It's Dewalt! Set the saw up and checked the square of the fence and 't' slot. Every thing was perfect. Did some test cuts and they were perfect. I love the extension on the fence even though I won't be ripping sheet goods with the saw. This is my second Dewalt table saw and I couldn't be more pleased. I will however be changing the blade out like I did with my other one. If I have one complaint it's that the saw has only one 't' slot but I can live with that. ... show more

  • very good
Color: Multi
my first table saw for DIY projects at home... noted the cordless one is not that noisy like the corded ones. i work in apartment block and was looking for a power tool that doesnt make too much noise,... this is perfect till i get myself a workshop- soon . perfect cuts from the box - small adjustment on the blade to be at 90*... cuts well . small problem , my charger went kaput--can't charge now. i think the fan is gone. checking if i can charge it using DCB1104-- is that ok..or will hv to order for a new charger soonest. otherwise everything is superb. happy purchaser. ... show more

  • they also canvased the blade well to better contain dust that diverts from the dust port
Color: Multi
have to admit i was pleasantly surprised , im a cabinet installation contractor ,and allot of houses have no power yet , ive been using the cordless miter saw for a while now and it does very well so i thought id go for this , its lighter than my Bosch , its quieter than any other saw ive ever used , its quieter than my skill saw in fact , now granted i really only use it for 1x (fillers) and paneling , but it handled Hickory with no problems and cut as true as a floor model cabinet saw , did not groan at all and Hickory is as hard as it gets , the saw is made extremely well having the entire dust port collection assembly made of cast aluminum where as other job saws are plastic , they also canvased the blade well to better contain dust that diverts from the dust port , im sure they used canvas with weight in cosideration and im fine with that , it is in no way cheap but very thick and durable canvas , i love the tweaks they did to the fence assembly , the flip over extension rest now has a lock for not in use, the fence stores underneath to protect and make more compact , i literally have to nit pick to find one flaw with this saw , you have to lift the safety cover to get to the start button , but this is not the gripe , the gripe is you can not just hit the button and let the safety flap drop because the stop detent on the back of the flap hits the off button shutting the saw down when you just let it drop , i thought there was a switch issue until i figured out what was going on ... show more

  • Limited but great saw with a few drawbacks
Color: Multi
Ive been using this saw for the last year and i cant say enough positive things about it. My father was impressed. In its size it takes 1 flexvolt Battery id use the 9ah flexvolt. if you are good at hunting deals will run you 285-320$ for two as the runtime will be that much better if you can find the 12.0ah that came out even. Better! . At the moment dewalt dont make a corded adaptor like the flexvolt miter saw has And that the main draw back. if you want a main garage small shop saw this wont be the best fit swapping Batteries a bunch waiting if you for got to charge them will slow your prodiction. That's why I feel the corded adaptor would be perfect for this saw. You could use it as a main and then if you got to help some one you could throw it in the truck and head out. the blade at 8 1/4th "inch thats good for more most hobbiest and most people but the bigger cuts a 10 inch and up you have better Results plus you can not use a dado blade with this saw. the width of the rails for large rip cuts cuts will have to have a full sheey of plywood ripped on half before you rip them. Now the plus if you have a smaller shop this thing is perfect its light easy to move around. The power with the Batteries is impressive! Never had any real power loss The fact its transportable is a huge plus. I take it with me to help friends and famliy if you are a framer or Carpenter this thing would rock on the job site. No Extension cords! Its smooth got great build and has great Safety features the rails on this are are top notch. If you can swing the 500$ price tag id get one. But know its limits and you love it for what it is! ... show more

  • Battery life seems good so far too
Color: Multi
I have been waiting for years for someone to make a real cordless table saw! I bought this as soon as I found out DeWalt made one. I have a lot of faith in DeWalt products, they work very well from a professional standpoint. This saw is no exception. I was surprised at how much power it has! Battery life seems good so far too. I have 2 complaints, one is easily fixed. The blade that comes with the saw isn't suitable for finish work because it flexes to much, very narrow kurf. I found it would wander when cutting pine and poplar 3/4 product. I replaced it with a slightly thicker blade which seems to have solved the problem without adversely affecting the saws performance. The second complaint is no dedicated stand yet. The base is different enough from the corded version that the stand for the corded version doesn't work without clamps. Update; My old folding stand broke, so I bought the new folding stand part no. 7451. Fits both the corded and cordless version, YAY! Works great. ... show more
