We love this pressure washer. It cranks super easy and has great pressure. The only thing I don’t like is the hose storage. It is definitely a design fault. It is difficult to wind the hose back on and then keep it on.

It turns on immediately, I like it because you don't have to spend hours pulling the cord and begging to be able to work with it. I use it to clean my house and I am very satisfied with the power and results. Dewalt is quality at a reasonable price, I highly recommend this machine.

I set up and used my new pressure washer for a test run and it worked fine for a couple of hours. I shut down, with the intention of finishing the task the following day. After checking all fluids, I started the unit this morning and it worked fine for a couple of minutes and then shut down. I went to restart the washer, and it not only would not start, but the pull cord to start the engine would not retract. I called Amazon to get service and was passed around between their customer service and DeWalt's, retelling my story multiple times, and being passed along to another representative, who would be THE ONE, who would help me resolve my issue. The line somehow disconnected twice, so I got to call back and retell my story yet again. The last customer rep (Amazon this time) told me that I needed to write an email to DeWalt and explain the situation (I had be assured that he was the one Amazon rep who would definitely be able to solve my problem, but he just passed me off to DeWalt, after waiting on hold for another 15 minutes). I guess I'll write a letter to DeWalt just to cover all bases. I bought this unit based on the DeWalt name. It was a replacement for a cheap no-name Chinese unit, but at least that lasted for a couple of years - not dying on its second use. I don't know if I'm more disappointed with this horrible pressure washer. or the awful customer service I received trying to resolve this problem. ... show more

I bought this and it came with some dents and bent handle, but nothing too crazy. The part that sucked was it was missing the spray wand. Annoyed, I reached out to Amazon support to see if I could get one sent to me. Amazon held true to their customers and sent me a new unit. The second attempt. The second unit they sent me was better, with less visible dents and no apparent bends. The issue is, it was missing a pin (that holds the wheel to the unit) and it didn’t come with oil (the first unit did). After getting the second unit, I’m now thinking the first unit wasn’t fully new, as they were at different levels of assembled. Frustrating, but Amazon support made it right with a partial refund. The actual performance of the pressure washing is decent. It seems to struggle a little bit keeping pressure when I just hold the nozzle open in use. I have to only have it in use for 5-10 seconds at a time and give it a break to let it build pressure. I was looking through the owners manual to see if there was anything obvious that would be wrong, but none of them applied to the situation. I would recommend this pressure washer, but just a warning that you may have some issues getting a unit that isn’t damaged in shipping or missing some parts. ... show more

READ THE SET UP INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY! Do yourself a favor and get a 50ft 3/8 4000psi hose and quick connects for the hose and gun. Check torque on mounting bolts two vibrated loose on me within 10 hours of use. The unit goes into standby if not in use for 10 seconds and then after holding down the trigger the unit will automatically adjust the choke and power back on, the auto shutoff CAN’T be adjusted. This uses more battery than I was expecting but saves probably 20-30% gas compared to similar sized units that stay on. If it’s not relatively level this will trigger the low oil/gas sensor and you’ll need to clear the error codes. Highly recommend letting it sit for 15-20 minutes after refilling gas looks like it can burnout electronics with excessive use but I haven’t had any issues like other reviewers. I use this unit professionally now that cities/HOAs are getting uptight with higher gpm consumption units. Definitely a prosumer unit with features no one else really offers at this price point. ... show more

When I first started it up, it acted like it didn’t wanna run. I followed the instructions. It was like it wasn’t pressurizing the water at all. So I shut everything down.
