The first time this product came, it was missing the instructions, hardware and half the cushions. After a tedious process of working with a "third party seller" (thank you Amazon for the support!) the second product arrived and it was good! The instructions are pictures only, which can be tough when trying to line up the grain of the wicker and determining which piece is which, as the lettered stickers tend to fall off. I found this a bit tough to assemble as a fit 50 yr old woman. Overall, exactly what I wanted! Beautiful and seems well made. It only comes with 3 pillows, so obviously the rest were mine. The media could not be loaded. Absolutely glad we ended up buying this! It came in 2 separate boxes on two different days. Took me 3 hours to out it together by myself (with a few interruptions from the kiddos). There is velcro between the cushions to hold them together so they don’t slide all over. I’m not sure how well it actually works, as we ended up buying a round cover to put over them all the keep them together. Additionally, there are C shaped clamps to hold the bases together so those don’t slide apart either. I LOVE this day bed! Very sturdy. ... show more

This was actually really difficult to put together. I hired someone and they were cussing by the end of the day. I love the way this piece looks! It’s my favorite piece in the entire back space. Since these pictures were taken, I’ve added extra pillows to the back and I just love it. It feels like a little cabana and an expensive hotel. However… Those are some very thin cushions! I’ve looked and looked to find a cushion that I could add and have not found one to date. It would be great if the company offered extra cushions for sale that would fit their product. It’s a beauty to look at, but it’s a hard seat… You can feel the bars and it’s not a serious thing I’ve ever sat on. L ... show more

    • Hard to build, directions unclear,padding very thin you can feel bars in your back.
Looks cute. Great price. 3 1/2 hours to build. And the umbrella part still isn’t up. Very very thin cushions, when you lay down you feel the boning of furniture. Not comfortable to lay in just to sit up in.

Love this purchase, great for any patio or outdoor space. Was able to assemble 90% on my own but would recommend this as a two person job. Canopy was the most complicated of all pieces but it was still not difficult. Overall this was a great purchase

I read several reviews about this daybed before ordering it so I knew what to expect. The assembly is not for the weak. Some of the screws didn't line up properly as others have stated (especially the canopy). Because of this, it took several hours for my husband & I put it together. I almost gave up a couple of times and cursed even more than that. There is a video on YouTube where the guy effortlessly put this together which made me curse even more. The cushions slide and they are thin. I will try to fix the sliding by using velcro to make them more secure. Overall I am happy with this item. Would I purchase again.....probably ... show more

Not only was the couch wonderful but the customer service I received was top notch. There was some damage from shipping, and I was reimbursed immediately and sent new parts. The people I interacted with were so kind, nice, and efficient. Highly recommend!!

A piece was missing a hole for a screw. Company was great I let them know and they sent me a new piece within a few days. Easy to put together and very comfortable. Not bad value even though I have seen a few cheaper ones.
