For the money (think I paid about $250) this was a really good buy. Assembly was easy, and it looks great. The cushions are nice, and it even came with a waterproof cover. I looked in furniture stores before buying this and comparable pieces were around $1,200 to $1,700. My things get used lightly so I don’t know how it will hold up over time but for now, it was a good purchase. For context, the chairs shown were expensive wicker and not part of this set, and next to them I think the sofa still looks nice & in my opinion doesn’t look cheap. I think the wicker is made out of a coated plastic substance so probably won’t last forever but with gentle use I think it will hold up well. We ordered the sofa in beige. It arrived ahead of schedule and came with all parts and pieces. It only took a few hours for my husband and me to put together. I love the thickness of the cushions and the overall look. The quality exceeded my expectations. This was an easy project to put together! Took about an hour, plus time to iron the major wrinkles and put the covers on! The seats have a grip on them that keep them from slipping! Deems to be very sturdy and comfy. Came with a cover for added protection! Time will tell how well it holds up to rain and sun! I gave it a 4-dtar as the batting in the back pillows was damaged but have contacted the seller in hopes of a replacement! Don't be surprised when you get one big 70-lb box on your doorstep! Confortable seat cushions. Assembly took a couple hours. Had some missing bolts but worked through that. Love the color. Shipping was extraordinaire. Came a week early! That was great as I was ready to get it on my porch.

Order came with no assembly instructions and nuts and bolts packages were labeled incorrectly. Sellers emailed a pdf copy of instructions the next day and I was able to get it assembled, but it was still time consuming and frustrating to try and decipher it all. Once completed I notice there were gaps in the seating and back of sofa that would not close after tighten. Thankfully it's not visible after cushions are put into place and back is against the wall. Not sure how long it will last, but sofa is comfortable. I would have returned, but did not want to go through hassle of returning such a large package. Also seat covers were difficult to put on due to cushions inflating as soon as air tight seal was broken. Instructions stated it would inflate to full size in 72 hrs. The media could not be loaded. There's absolutely nothing I do not like about this couch. From how incredibly well it was packaged to how comfortable it is. I was very skeptical because it came in a disproportionately small box. But it was packaged absolutely perfectly, I had everything I needed plus a few extra screws, nuts,bolts, etc. The instructions were very clear, and it was super easy to put together. I did it by myself, and it took about an hour and 45 minutes. Truly the most difficult thing about putting it together was actually getting the very large cushions inside of their covers for the seats. They come vacuum sealed and puff up to the full 4 inches promised in the Amazon description. My advice would be to fold the cushion in half and get it all the way to the end of the cover and then kind of work it over to each side. It definitely looks like it 100% will not fit in the cover if you just try to slip the cover over the cushion. But this is by no means a negative to me, because I'm so pleased with how thick and comfortable the cushions are. It put together very well, very sturdy and stable feeling. It does not feel cheap in any way. It doesn't feel cheaply made, it doesn't feel cheaply put together. I am just floored by the quality of this couch considering the price. And I am an incredibly picky person with stupidly high expectations even for inexpensive stuff I buy on Amazon. You won't be disappointed! ... show more
