Rather good quality for the price and a great couch for a small apartment. It’s on the firmer side, but not rock hard, just the right amount - in the picture i was pressing on it with force. You won’t sink into it, but it’s pretty comfortable and sleeping on it is fine too. A 6 foot person will have trouble sleeping on it, but you can remove the armrests and worst case their legs will slightly hang over the edge. The pull-out mechanism works very smoothly and it’s incredibly easy to make it into a bed or make more space to stretch out while watching a movie. The color in the picture is Beige. The width of the chaise section is 52”, of the rest of the couch is 28.5”, the size of the sleeping area is 48.5” x 71”. After a few months i’m sure we’ll start seeing signs of wear and where the favorite spots are, but it seems of pretty good quality for the price and we expect it to last at least 2+ years. It assembled well and easy (note, the holes for most legs are not pre-drilled, so you’ll either need to use some force with a screwdriver or use an impact driver to screw them in. Second note, make sure you’ve put each armrest on the right side and fit it correctly. They will fit, you just need to get it right! The left one, where the chaise is, you just fit in from the top while not touching the couch, while the other one you have to do the opposite, the armrest is kind of standing freely and you fit the couch into it. The way to see that you’re doing it right is that the “bent” parts of the connectors on the couch and the armrest must fit each other.) ... show more

The end product looks beautiful and I got West Elm showroom compliments (disregard the vacuum in the back). However…being that I was the sole builder this was nothing short of a bear frustrating nightmare to build!! Before you start, invest in a power drill that has a long nosed attachment. Secondly, invest in some patience and ungodly strength to figure out where EXACTLY the L-shaped feet are supposed to go! Yes the white chalk/marker outline helps but it’s practically useless because the L-feet still won’t press flush against the bottom of the couch! If not for the outcome being beautiful, the building process for the L-feet alone and unclear instructions make it nearly not worth it at all. The amount of stars is for the look alone. The seating is more on the firm side so take that into consideration, but the cushions that come attached to velcro are quite plush and easy on the back. ... show more

I purchased this couch 6 months ago, and it has held up really well since then. It has a nice design you can’t go wrong with. Storage is super convenient as well. Fabric is a good enough quality, easy to spot clean if dirtied. Assembly needs at least 2 people to achieve. When we opened it, there were some long little bugs that were all dead, we cleaned those up and none have been seen since. The sofa is a little hard, but we lay 2-3 comfy blankets on top for more comfort. Great, inexpensive couch if you don’t mind it being very firm. ... show more

I love how this couch is compact and combines various functionalities such as storage and a sleeper. Unfortunately, it’s way too firm, and the seating area is small and uncomfortable. We don’t enjoy spending time on it..

Honestly I was skeptical and had been searching on Amazon for so long for a cute but affordable couch. I also really wanted the pull out feature. This couch is solid! Very good for the price and I seat depth is important to me and this has a the perfect depth. It may be on the firmer side for some but I personally enjoy it. It was also not difficult to build at all. It came in three different boxes. Very happy with this purchase and I love the quality. So ready to have nice movie nights with this! Also the L opens up and has storage! I didn’t know that when I purchased. Great surprise. Super happy with this, trust me you won’t regret it. I literally searched up and down Amazon, Wayfair,etc looking for something good quality and after reading the reviews on this one I decided to take a chance. So glad I did! ... show more

    • Simply horrible!!! So frustrating!
I can’t even express myself how much terrible this sectional is and how much disappointed I’m . First of all the measurements are extremely off, the seating is so shallow, barely 19” with the back cushions (if you remove them you might get an additional 4-5”), a child cannot even sit properly, let alone an adult. Than it says that is twin dimension when you pull it out for sleeping, that is not correct too. Since the length of twin is measured at 75” and this one is 72”. The width is weird too at 49” so even if you want to add a mattress topper for sleeping you can’t because the measurements are off. Not to mention good luck returning it. Even though it was written return for full refund, that’s not happening. Why? Because the sole moment you open the box (and if you don’t have it) but more precisely if you open it and try to assemble it, a return is not happening. Once you contact them complaining about the sofa, that is when they share this information about not being able to return it, nowhere before is stated (only that is available for return for full refund - which is a lie). So beware. They only offer to refund you a ridiculous 10% of the purchase price. ... show more

    • Impossible to clean
At first, I really liked this couch. It fit my small space well. Seems to be well-made, easy to convert to a bed, looked super cute! But then my kids got a small stain on it. And I tried to clean that small stain. And no matter what I do, the stain just spreads instead of being lifted out of the fabric. I have gone as far as buying a spot cleaning vacuum and the stain just gets worse every time. I’m at the point where I will probably just have to put an ugly cover over it.
