I'll be honest I bought these because they were really cute and they were exactly what I was looking for as far as the cut of the sock. I also was adamant and not getting socks that were made out of polyester. I really wanted cotton but I couldn't find any. So I decided to try these wool socks and I thought well at the very least they're going to be really cute and if they're itchy because they're wool I'll just give them away. Well they are not itchy and they're super comfortable and oh my gosh they are so warm. I have neuropathy and I am so plagued with cold feet. I have not watched them yet but I'm praying that they go through the washer and dryer without shrinking. They fit just right and I'm kind of thinking I should have gotten the bigger size and I think I'm going to order the bigger size because I kind of like my socks on the larger size almost like a slipper. I spend most of my time in bed and I'm not going to be wearing these in Boots. But they are beautiful socks and I really do love them and if I do end up getting the larger size I will send these smaller size socks to my daughter in North Carolina. She will love them when she goes to the mountains. ... show more

I am so happy with these socks! I have written very few reviews in my life but these are really wonderful. Cozy and warm but still feel light and comfortable. And they have such delightful coloring and patterns. I highly recommend these!

They are so warm! My feet were always cold but not with these on! They are also very comfortable. I wish my cats would quit attacking my feet and snagging them. These socks are more valuable to me then a diamond ring. Hehe

Really like these socks! GREAT FABRIC BLEND: they are substantial, soft, and comfy, but aren't too thick or heavy. (BTW I ordered a different brand of patterned socks along with these last year, and those feel more synthetic-y, tighter, and thinner, in contrast to these nice, soft cotton-and-wool ones, so I'm ordering two more boxes of these.) VERY CUTE AND APPEALING: I like the fun, pretty look of these a lot and was tickled that a bunch of much younger gals in a dance class I wore them to kept saying how much they liked them. GREAT FIT: I wear a 7.5 or 8 shoe, and these fit perfectly. HAVE LASTED WELL: I wore and washed them a lot all last winter (they became my go-to socks, which is why I'm buying more), and the fabric, colors, texture, etc. are still like new. ... show more

These socks are medium weight and super cute. They are soft and fit my size 8.5/9 foot comfortably. The packing is lovely and would make a nice gift presentation. However, I find the quality questionable. There are loose loops on every sock. Some have yarn ends sticking out. The purple and brown ones have several spots where it appears the yarn is missing and only a nylon thread is holding the sock together. Only time will tell if they will hold up. Love these socks for feet size 8 or smaller. For my daughter’s size 9 feet they don’t fit well and since they aren’t stretchy you can’t pull them over the heel. I hope they will be made in a larger size.
