I'm 5'6" and have fairly trim legs and these socks stopped at the awkward height of smack dab in the middle of my knee. Since they are advertised both in the product title and the picture as coming above the knee, I was disappointed. They are a lightweight sock and so they are the thin side (not nece
ssarily a problem, just additional info for anyone else trying to decide). I'll be returning these in search of an above the knee sock that actually comes above my knees. If you are short or SUPER thin (not just average), these may be what you are looking for.
