    • Fixed My Water Leak!
Our hot tub was losing about two inches or water per week, and I couldn't find the cause. Finally I noticed pinholes in the ozone hose. It took longer to open up the hot tub than to replace this hose. But read the attached note. At first I installed it backwards.

    • Great value..but be careful removing the old hose!
I just learned that these need to be replaced every year. I noticed I was no longer seeing the ozone bubbles from my pool jet. After some research, I learned the hose and check valve needs to be replaced every year. Mine was 2 years old and the check valve no longer allowed the ozone to get into the water system. This is a great value and literally half the price of the pool store. ***Please use caution when removing the old hose*** The hose on my system was fused to the port and I snapped off the hose barb when trying to remove the hose. Take a sharp knife, score the hose down the length of the barb until you cut through the hose. This will allow the hose to fall off instead of using force to remove the hose from the barb. ... show more
