For the price, this isnt a bad product. I've had it for a year and have used it pretty regularly 2-3x/week. I haven't had any issues with it till recently. The remote stopped working and you can't use the machine without the remote. I wish there was another option to operate without the remote. Company is replacing the remote. Overall this has been great. It's a nice, smaller size. Easy to move around. I like the sleek appearance and it hides well under the desk. I feel like it's easy to use, and light impact for comfort.     • Great for the price. No issues on delivery or setup. Was jogging in 10 mins from box opening.
Arrived today 10/24/2023 I thought it would take some assembly but it was close to plug and play. To me I find it very light and easy to move around. It looks like they tested and aligned it from wherever they built it. I seen the QC sticker and can tell it was leveled. So that is amazing service right there. I made zero adjustments before starting it up. I could not tell if it was oiled so I added 1/8th of the provided bottle after I turned it on at 2mph. Also they should state somewhere how much oil you should add. Looking at the provided bottle and belt I figure an 1/8 -1/4 of the bottle should be sufficient. Starting walking and felt good to me. I'm only 120 but it is quiet just avoid the back roller if not walking in shoes. Walking successful, went put on my sneakers and tried a soft jog at 3mph. Tab bit too slow but between 3.3-3.8 no issues. I settled on 3.5 and felt like a great light jog. Just tested it for 10 mins and no issues. I'll update if I run into problems but as of now 5 star product. To the manufactures - Update recommendations for oil use amount on bottle, manual, or by the port for it. ... show more

    • Easy to move, belt slides
I really like this walking pad because its easy to maneuver. The only complaint I have is that the belt slides and is fraying. I've only had it 3 weeks and have used it probably 10 times. I might have to return it, definitely will if the problem continues to get worse.

Would not recommend. I had initially really enjoyed this product, but it has quickly started to break with a few months of only twice weekly use. Many issues included overheating (smelled burning rubber while using it), intermittent random vibration of the walking pad, jumpy start to the belt when first turning on the machine so I have to hold on to something due to the sudden jerking of the belt and now it’s randomly making noises like in the attached video. I am a student that works full-time as well so I spent the money on this product in order to help me keep active while studying in the evenings. I am not sure if I just got a faulty product, but I am no longer within my warranty to follow up or return. ... show more

I’ve had my walking pad since November and it’s been really easy to set up under my sit-to-stand desk. I WFH so I’ve been using it to walk during my meetings or move it in front of the tv to binge watch some episodes. A few weeks ago I think I may have overdid it and unfortunately got an “Er5” message and the belt would not turn on. I emailed customer support and after a few quick back and forth responses, they were able to send me a brand new replacement and I just have to ship the old one back with the return shipping label they’ve provided. Amazing customer service team, they replied to me each time same-day and sometimes within 20-30 mins. Super responsive and helpful in getting a replacement. REVIEW UPDATE: After encountering some issues with the treadmill, customer service reached out to me and very patiently worked with me to come to an appropriate resolution. They were even willing to ship me an entirely new treadmill. The fact that the company is so committed to providing quality products at an affordable price, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy with their product is worth the five stars. If you're thinking of purchasing this treadmill, know that you can purchase it with confidence that if anything goes wrong, their amazing customer service team will go above and beyond to make it right. The treadmill was easy to set up and get going, and functions perfectly, and is of seemingly decent quality for the price. It's tragic, too-good-to-be-true flaw: it's already started making a really annoying creaking noise after less than a week of using it- and I don't use it excessively, maybe 2 hours a day.     • Sent me a Superrun and not a DeerRun
I received the treadmill. Name on the box was wrong. Opened it, and sure enough, it was the wrong product. I was supposed to get a DeerRun but received a Superrun. I should have returned it, but I kept it. It looked good so I decided to keep it. I use this 4-5 days a week while I am working. It was great the first few months. I am now 5 months in and the motor is now making a weird clicking sound and trhe belt slips a bit forward which is not very safe. I don't see this thing lasting much longer which means I will have to buy a new one since I use it so often. I have yet to reach out to the seller so I will keep you all posted.
