I was originally going to take 1 star off because of the condition of the box when we received this. Then I realized it was not the seller’s fault- it was Amazon’s shipping service. OMG- the box was pretty much demolished – and unfortunately, since I asked the driver to bring it into the basement for me, I never saw how bad the box looked til after he left (or I would have refused the shipment). How this went cross country without someone saying “ I think this should be returned- no way this should be delivered in this condition” but guess that is not to be expected. I did write to the seller – and let me tell you – THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I could have returned it- but did not want to go thru the aggravation, and after setting it up, was just missing 1 screw, which they replaced (sent out Fed Ex so we had it in 2 days). It does sound like Amazon has a special shipping service that will come to pick up large items like this if you do need to return it -- good to know. But again, I did not want to go thru that. NJ has been having beautiful weather, so I only started using it yesterday, and so far, all seems ok. I am not used to using a treadmill (prefer walking around town) – but figured with the cold weather approaching would not hurt to have one. I mainly bought it for walking but did run on it (less than 3mph) and am enjoying it. As someone mentioned, you do have to be careful about banging your hands into the sides – but not a major problem. Seller did mention this is not meant to go higher than 7mph- but no problem with me. I doubt I will ever go over 3 mph – but maybe this is not meant for people used to heavy – duty running on a treadmill. Instructions are not the best. We could not figure out how to pull up the arms – but then realized the screws had to be loosened on either side – then no problem. It was obvious we received a return so not sure what was put together by the previous owner and what wasn’t. AGAIN, I want to emphasize the seller would have accepted a return – but we did not want to go thru that. THE SELLER HAS FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. Very happy so far. Good price, small size which we needed. And easy set up. We are new to using a treadmill, and this one is perfect for us. ... show more

I’ve had this treadmill for about 2 months now and I’m getting very good use out of it. I have no issues cranking it up to 7 and running for an hour and I could probably walk on it forever. It’s portable enough to move from the house if needed, but I wouldn’t regularly move it like in and out of storage or anything like that. The plastic display/tray feels a bit flimsy and it’s hard to keep a phone or iPad level. Aside from that, this treadmill is perfect budget friendly option. I am looking to get a smaller, more portable walking pad for work and will certainly keep this brand in mind now. ... show more

I’m 68 years old and I sold our full sized treadmill with our big home a year ago. Really missed having one but wanted something small for our lower walkout basement. After reading lots of reviews this fit the bill. I have not used the bluetooth as I don’t really need those functions. The unit is heavy, but has to be. It’s quiet, easy to use, and gives your body a great workout, all at a truly remarkable price. (Compare the price on the manufacturer’s web site and on Amazon. WOW!) This treadmill is nice for the price i ordered it and had it sent back because i ordered the pink and white one in the picture. I specifically searched for a pink and white one that looked like this and the title says its pink and white one but what you get is a dark grey one with a little bit of pink. I know strange thing to be annoyed over but i like pink and its what i wanted i kept the second one as it was again dark grey all over and a little bit of pink. Just know your getting a mostly dark grey treadmill with a strip of pink below with the lettering on the belt pink thats it. Other than that it works great no other complaints so far. ... show more
