I love this seasoning so much. We have been using Mrs. Dash since I was a child (I am now in my 30’s) and it has a variety of great uses. Most recently I use it for my chicken meal preps. Whenever I needed shredded chicken I will toss a couple of breasts in my pressure cooker, add some water, cover the breasts in this seasoning, and cook on high for 30 mins. This chicken is great for salads, casseroles, and anything else from enchiladas to chicken tinga. Basically anything you need shredded chicken for. I like bacon and eggs for breakfast, Mrs Dash adds a ton of flavor without adding any salt. My wife tells me salt is bad,bad,bad, and I cannot have any. Lucky this stuff does add spice to everything, I always buy the big bottle because we use it a lot. No salt, you see.

I love this Seasoning. It taste great with anything. Omelets, chicken soup whatever. I love that it has no salt so if you want to add salt you put the small amiunt that you want. Other Seasonings have way to much salt. Great size for the price
