We had gotten a mattress for free but it was a bit too firm for my husband and my liking. Adding this on was just what it needed. It’s still a firm mattress, don’t expect this to work miracles, but the topper is nice and thick and helps you relax into the bed more. We’ve both slept so much better with it on since we got it! It came nicely packaged. I fluffed it up for a few minutes in the dryer (although it was so thick it barely fit!) and it’s on the mattress nice and snug. We haven’t had any issues with it moving or shifting under the sheets. I can’t speak to its longevity since we just got it but I’m very happy with it right now! The only potential “problem” that’s not much of a problem but I feel worth mentioning, is that depending on how thick your mattress is normal fitted sheets may not fit once you add this. We have a set of extra deep pocket sheets and they fit with room to spare but our normal sets barely make it over. In reality a good problem because that means it is nice and fluffy but just be aware you may have that issue. I'll just be making sure to buy the deep pocket sheets for our next set. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. when I tell you, I have purchased so many of these pillow toppers and was looking for the ultimate plush topper that felt like all of The five star hotel I had been in I can confidently tell you this is not a paid advertisement. This is the one. To be honest, when I received it, I thought I had ordered the wrong thing because the first thing I noticed is how heavy it was! I mean, considering what it is… I struggled to open the package because it was sealed and the minute I cut it open this thing sprung up and filled out so beautifully. Please take a look at my photos and my video again. This is not a paid advertisement. This is the first pillow topper. I have truly been impressed with. The waffle stitching is very well done. The filling did not take hours to flush up and plump up. It was immediate when I cut the package when you lay on top of this I’m telling you it’s going to be very difficult for you to get up in the mornings because you are going to love crawling into bed And staying in bed. It has Support ties that fits snuggly underneath your mattress. The elastic is at least one inches thick and it stays put as soon as you put your sheets on top. I’ll be honest I need to go back and read the details. I don’t think this is waterproof but if it is, this makes this an absolute must have. I don’t know how well this is going to do a washing machine. It says washable because when I tell you, this thing is so heavy, I cannot imagine washing this and being soaked with water I would definitely recommend taking this to a dry cleaners or a commercial laundry mat because I think this would knock any regular machine out of kilter but again highly highly recommend this purchase well done. ... show more

So I'll start off by saying that I love the loft of the topper. Very comfortable. I am a bit concerned with how thin the material is though. My last topper lasted 10 years. I believe it lasted so long because it came with a removable, zippered cover that could be washed easily. This one does not. I gave it 4 stars because it arrived with a tear or cut in the side panel by the tags with stuffing hanging out. I contacted the company asap by email but they never reached back out to me. I am disappointed. I fear the tear will only get larger and of course I cannot wash it as it will fall apart with a hole in it. The company needs to stand behind there products! ... show more

Recently bought a new bed and it is a little too firm. After searching for a good mattress topper forever, I came across this one and it had much better reviews than the other brands. Happily, the reviews were honest and absolutely correct, this topper feels great, really adds a nice layer of comfort to the bed. Wonderful! Perfect for what I needed. I would give it a higher rating if I could. Our mattress, though new, was getting bumpy places in it because I am big (fat) and forced to lie on my back in same position with c-pap on all night. Turning a king size mattress for two 90+ year olds is not easy and we found ourselves needing to turn more often. I came to my "happy place", Amazon, but found too many things to choose from. With fingers crossed I settled for this one and am so glad. Soft, fluffy, clean with no smell, and exactly what it was proclaimed to be. Old time quality and service with new time quick and easy delivery. I didn't have to air it out, but I did, outside on the line. No smell at all. It fluffed up in half a day and is excellent for our needs. It truly is like sleeping on a cloud. You can't go wrong with Amazon or The Duck and Goose Amazon Storefront.
