This is an update to my original review that I took out on Cursor Fitness and came out to find out the issue was Amazon. I ordered my Cursor Fitness under-desk treadmill on the 15th of October and out of the box it didn't work and was missing the remote and paperwork. But the packaging was great and not damaged at all. I wanted to do an exchange but per Amazon, the product wasn't available anymore so I had to do a return, which was super inconvenient. So I took this all out on Cursor Fitness and they reached out to me, and I would have to say it was the best customer service experience that I have had in a very long time. Out of the gate, they apologized and wanted to make it right. They sent me a new treadmill with expedited shipping which I received today and it works great, but let's talk about going above and beyond with customer service. Because I placed my order with Affirm and received it damaged and had to return it without the option to exchange Cursor Fitness paid the interest fee that Affirm was going to charge me which this was unexpected. But wait I have more, Amazon told me it would take about 30 days to issue me a refund, even though I returned the item the same day I received it damaged, and it was received at amazons warehouse on the 18th 3 days later it was still going to take that long for my refund this meant that even though I returned the item, and Amazon verified they received it, I was going to have to make payments to Affirm, and I basically spent two days on the phone with Amazon trying to fix this with zero help. So I notified customer service at Cursor Fitness who has been helping me with the treadmill and somehow they got Amazon to fix the situation and issue the refund, to tell the truth, I am more likely to believe that Cursor Fitness issued the refund, which truly sets them apart from any vendor I have ever worked with on Amazon, I am not one to write reviews unless I have a really bad experience or a really good experience, and I couldn't go to sleep without sharing the best customer service experience that I have every had with everyone. Let's be honest a treadmill is a treadmill as long as it works, but great customer service is so hard to come by these days. So for anyone who is reading this review please understand we have many products out on the market but if you are looking for quality and a company that will stand behind their product stop looking now and simply order from Cursor Fitness the equipment is great but the customer service behind the equipment is untouchable, and at the end of the day that is what matters. I've walked nearly 10,000 steps every day since I got this walking pad! I love how convenient it is and it doesn't take up much space. When we have company, I roll it into my bedroom and stand it against the wall. It's 40 lbs or so, so that may not be something everyone can do. I would caution you to pay attention when you walk. I've gotten tripped up a couple times and almost fell. My mom hurt her toe pretty bad on hers. I wouldn't recommend this for someone who doesn't have the best balance. It could be dangerous. I use mine without any sort of handles or desk around. It may be safer to have something to grab onto if you lose your footing. My dad likes to walk 5+ miles each day. Our winters are SUPER windy and cold so I purchased this treadmill for him to be able to still walk during the winter and can stay warm. He is not a technical person so he did need a little help with getting it turned on. There is a power button that has turned on before you can use the remote. He missed the power button but once I pointed that out to him, he has had no problems.
