Features

  • FEEL BETTER, PERFORM BETTER: Flexible support and shock absorbing cushioning from heel to toe help reduce fatigue, prevent common running injuries such as shin splints, and boost performance everywhere you run, from the trails to the track; the insoles also fold at the flex point, enabling maximum flexibility with movement
  • 3D Dynamic Arch Technology & Multiprofile Arch Support: Our dynamic arch support insoles come in low, medium and high arch support profiles; they feature a deep decoupled heel cup that fits, wraps and locks the heel in place, improving stability, reducing pressure, and providing a perfect fit
  • Engineered to Energize Your Running: Rebound cushioning and controlled power transmission provide faster regeneration and powerful propulsion with every stride; plus, a zero heel drop provides a great fit in most running shoes with optimized motion for all running foot strikes (insoles can also be trimmed to fit for the perfect fit)
  • Moisture Management & Breathability: Top layer mesh and PORON premium foam design help dehumidify the inside of shoe, keeping the feet dry and running shoes fresh throughout exercise; note you should replace your CURREX insoles after 500+ miles or 12 months, whichever comes first
  • Made for What Moves You: CURREX is the only insole company that offers a full line of activity-specific insoles customized to help improve how you move; whatever you or your family loves to do, from the workday through the weekend, CURREX makes moving more comfortable, leading to better performance and more fun

Top Amazon Reviews

🚀 Abunda's Overview

This is our summary and key points to consider based on customer reviews.

These product reviews suggest that the CUREX RUNPRO orthotics offer exceptional support, with many praising their suitable arch height and positive effect on lumbar and hip issues. Many people enjoyed that they could extend the life of their running shoes using these insoles, and the enhanced support relieved knee and back strain for some reviewers. A few users did note a decrease in pain relief over time and felt the cost was perhaps disproportionate to the product's lifespan.

Pros

  • 👍 Suitable arch height and support for various foot types
  • 👟 Extend the life of running shoes
  • 🏃‍♀️ Enhanced support which benefits lumbar, hip, knee, and back issues
  • 🔄 Can be used in several pairs of shoes

Cons

  • ⏱️ Support seems to decrease over time according to some users
  • 💰 High cost compared to the product's lifespan

Should I Buy It?

Given the overwhelming number of positive reviews and the versatility of the CUREX RUNPRO orthotics, they appear to be a worthy investment for anyone facing foot, hip, or back issues or looking to extend the life of their existing running shoes. However, those on a budget may want to consider the cost versus lifespan before purchasing.

  • Great insoles for running with underpronation/supination
Size: M (Mens 7-8.5 / Womens 8.5-10) Color: Medium Arch - Yellow
I've been plagued with ITBS on my left side forever. The issue mostly (apparently) stems from my hips, with a tendency to rotate externally too easily on the left side. So when I run, my left leg rotates externally, and my foot doesn't roll inward. If I use arch support or soft shoes, it will roll out and supinate. I have fairly normal arches and my feet are on the narrower side of normal, with a narrow heel, but most arch support shoes and insoles either hurt under the feet because the support isn't where it should be, or they push my left foot out more than it already does on its own, resulting in, well, even worse ITBS. I also can't run in very soft shoes with a rocker or narrow outsole, for the same reason. I need support for my heel, and something that won't let my leg open outwards. I've tried a million shoes, and half as many insoles. Most insoles on the market today are made for overpronation, have a lot of arch support and little to no heel support. Exactly what I don't need. Enter the RunPros. I've been running with them for two years. I use the blue (high arch) on the left side and the orange (medium arch) on the right side. They are super comfortable, and offer support while not really changing your gait much. They add a little cushioning under the heel, which for me is great because I usually run in fairly firm shoes with a low stack. Most importantly, the heel cup is deep and stiff enough that my heel feels supported and doesn't move. My left foot also doesn't feel like it's not straight in the shoe, unlike other insoles or support shoes. The insoles alone mostly solved the issue. I still use a small half-wedge under the left heel, but it's mostly optional at this point. Only negative, they're super expensive in the US, especially since I use two different models for one pair of shoes, and hard to find in store. Thankfully, I only need them in my running shoes. ... show more

  • Good Insert
Size: XL (Mens 11-12.5 / Womens 12.5-14) Color: Medium Arch - Yellow
This is a good insert. I have been dealing with plantars and achilles issues. This is my second or third pair. They do well, last about 6 months. I can get them at the local running store, but with Amazon I can get them shipped straight to my door. The prices are about the same. They provide support and cushioning and help with my running. I take the cheap insoles out of my running shoes and put these in. I've used them in Asics, Brooks, Adidas. They can be trimmed if needed. ... show more

  • Pricey but comfortable!
Size: L (Mens 9-10.5 / Womens 10.5-12) Color: High Arch - Blue
Purchased these to put in a pair of hoka's and have been enjoying them. Good support on my high arches and a nice comfortable feel on my feet. I skateboarded for 18 years so my feet are in rough shape. If you plan to get these to cut down to your shoe, make sure you get a size up. I plan to continue purchasing this brand for my insole needs in the future. ... show more

  • Game Changer!
Size: S (Mens 5-6.5 / Womens 6.5-8) Color: Medium Arch - Yellow
I am an older runner, and these are a must have for me!! I have high arches and regular running shoe insoles just do not cut it. When I try to run without these I get flair ups of plantar fasciitis. It doesn't matter how expensive the running shoe is, the insoles that come with the shoes are all pretty basic. These insoles are the perfect upgrade to any shoe. They are expensive but if you are a runner or on your feet all day, they are very much worth every penny. I typically buy a new pair of every time I buy a new pair of running shoes. ... show more

  • Cups Heel Nicely
Size: S (Mens 5-6.5 / Womens 6.5-8) Color: High Arch - Blue
I put these on (high arch support) right out of the box, and they’re soooo comfortable. I love the way they cup my heel keeping it snug. I can’t believe I was wearing my low 0 drop Altra Solstice sneakers 3-4 hours a day without this kind of support. I was starting to get heel pain below the Achilles after practice. I still love my Atra’s - will update once I practice today… ... show more
