  • Someone before me tightened ball joint this tool did nothing,even with heat
I think the tool is made well but whoever tightened them used a so over tourqing, this tool didn't get the job done. So I finally took them loose by the frame, Being the transmission was coming out. So hopefully no one has, I mean mister muscle 💪 has over torqued them. I've done without a special tool these before and have never seen such a hard way as this job. GOOD LUCK. ... show more

i used this on my car and works great and didn’t even mess the thread or any other part of car. i would recommend this to any one who works on their own car or works on others its quick and easy. put the fork on the ball joint side and then top on the end or threaded side and turn bolt and booom off the ball joint comes. ... show more

  • Worked! I had to grid down the front to fit.
Worked! I had to grid down the front to fit. It was too thick. Removed the spindle from the ball joint without breaking the ball joint boot! This was on a 1999 Mustang.

  • It works.
It works without ripping the boots on my Honda Prelude. Able to get it in place in the limited space available. Sturdy. Does not look like it is prone to breaking.
