Got my mug press for Mother's Day (thanks kids!!). I used infusible ink (both transfer sheets and markers) and both worked well. They are not kidding, btw, when they say to use it in a well-ventilated room! It gives off fumes that are very strong with the first few uses (it does become less as you use it, but you should still be in a ventilated room). I watched A LOT of videos before using. My only complaint that I have with ALL my cricut machines...please, please, please include USE instructions! I shouldn't have to go LOOKING online for people that know how to work my $200 machine! Definitely now thinking of getting a submlimation printer which would make this so much easier! ... show more

Great product for transferring ink onto mugs or glasses, but it gets hot all the way around the unit. So it needs to be used on a surface that cannot be easily marred by heat. Other than that it is a great unit and a lot of fun.
