This machine broke within a 4-6 weeks of purchasing it. The machine will not turn on. There is no real manual provide for the machine and no way to trouble shoot issues. I absolutely love this press! I worried about buying online that it would lack quality, but it did not disappoint!! It heats up quickly, there’s no foul smell & I even texted the accuracy of the temp…. It is right on! I would purchase again for sure!

    • Great press, with some slight modifications it can be excellent.
I enjoy using this press. It heats relatively quickly (not rapid) and have a large working surface. If I would change two things it would be the screen placement as when the press is in the upright position it is very difficult to change times and temperatures without fighting to hold down the hot press. Also I wished the slider came out further as seen on a few other presses. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. EDIT: I figured it out. The pressure must be set properly. 5 stars for that. But since they didn't include instructions about the auto open, it should only be 4 star :) Just opened the box today. Machine is sturdy for sure but the auto open seems to be not working. The media could not be loaded. I love the looks, the build and everything about it except for me unboxing it, plugged it up and nothing. I have been trying to get a new one or a new control box now for 2 days and I can’t get a direct answer just getting sent in different directions. Now they are saying it is t the control box. I’m going to be having surgery on my arm and really needed this bc I have big orders to fill and can’t raise my other one with my arm. The last pic is how I received it. At the highest pressure it barely sublimates shirts. I still have to use my old one. The good thing is the printed paper still transfers to my cheap machine after not working on this one. So the only wasted money was on the machine. Would have given it another start for how nice it looks, but looks mean nothing when it doesn't do what it should. ... show more
