I read the reviews prior to purchasing. Saw comments about some leaking. I had ordered 2, they arrived in 2 days. I washed them and tested them both with the soapy dish water. One leaked and the other didn’t. I played around with the tab with just water and after a couple of times of turning it on and off the leak actually stopped. Hopefully it’ll remain working well but both worked all day for a party and there were no leaks from the valve, only peoples cups… I like the option of having the insert to put ice inside of to keep drinks cold and not watering anything down. You can choose not to use it if you prefer to have ice inside. I was able to put 3 gallons of iced tea with insert inside of unit. Kept drinks cold for over 8 hours (inside of house). Okay. I didn't get to use these in a party setting, but these look so awesome that they could be used in a party setting. It's sparkly and cute hehe. These were perfect for my in-laws who are picky about water. I filled one with normal water and the other with iced water. These held a lot of water, which was great because they are thirsty people. The spouts worked perfectly and the material was sturdy and kept the iced water cold. I don't know why my in-laws are this way, but these drink dispensers got the job done I guess. I loved the dispenser. If you chill your drink before you put it in the dispenser, the ice in the center lasts a long time. Super easy to clean. Before you fill the container, pour a little water in it to see if it leaks. If it does have a small leak you may have to turn the spicket one more round. Reasonable price n the quality is good .... Ordered #2 for graduation party, easy ensemble, sturdy after filled, water tasted fine ( was worried if water would taste like plastic n it didn't) neither container leaked n nozzles for spouts worked fine ... The 3 gallon size is plenty big

I received my item yesterday night (bought 2) one looks great, I will use it next Sunday for my son's birthday. I would send back one of them, if I knew I could get a new one before Sunday, because one of the item was used before, you can tell by the box and the product appearance ... I am very discontent with that but there is nothing I can do right now because I need it. I will probably return it (the one that I know was not new before arriving) ... show more
