This is perfect! I love that it’s plastic so i don’t have to worry about breakage or it being too heavy, but it still looks high quality. I was a little skeptical not going with a glass one, but so glad I did. Lid stays on tight but easy to remove when you need to, the base is very stable and durable. Holds a TON of liquid and doesn’t drip out of the tap which I’ve had issues with in the past. Very easy to clean since the top opening is large. Works perfect and super easy to use for a variety of different events. You can even customize for occasion/cocktail by putting different decor elements under the base. There’s lots of room! I was serving a spicy margarita in this photo, so put jalapeños and limes under it. If you’re considering buying this- do it! Came packaged nicely. ... show more

I have bought 2 of these for my restaurant. Overall this works great for personal use, but for commercial use it eventually gets damaged and the plastic will slowly break. Pros: - No leaks! Spout feels sturdy and shuts off clean without leaking. - The base stand holds the jug up high and reduces condensation for ice cold drinks. - The hard plastic feels good. Not cheap feeling. Cons: - I use this daily in my restaurant and both times I have purchased it, I begin seeing cracks in the base/stand within the first 2 weeks of using it. The jug part of it eventually has cracked as well for the first one I bought. I plan to purchase something more durable next time since it is used and washed daily. Probably not the best for heavy use, but otherwise a great value item. ... show more

I use it for tea. it is lovely, bpa free, and keeps bugs out real good. I gave 4 stars for strength because it does require care not to break as setting it from one place to another. But it is strong enough!

    • Bigger than it looks in pictures!!!
For some reason it wouldn’t let me load my pictures, however this pitcher is way bigger than it looks in the picture! I made a rum-osa (mimosa with rum and champagne) for an Easter Brunch and put a whole 1.5L bottle of rum, an entire 52fl oz bottle of Tropicana and about a half of a 52fl oz bottle of Tropicana and it was literally maybe an inch, if that above the post spout. This is probably the best pitcher someone could get to have in their home for any event of any size!!! The ice cream on the bottom 100% keeps everything cold, it is lightweight when empty, and everything stores inside the picture itself making it easy storage. The ONLY issue with this item, which is the same as any other pitcher, is that the poorest about is about an inch above the bottom, so whatever is at the bottom, you need to tilt the entire picture in order to get the rest out. This dispenser is perfect for hosting groups! Up until this point, I would just fill a pitcher with water and refill as needed. This alleviates the need to constantly check-in on how much is left and I love that it's big enough to also make a large cocktail mix for parties! Our daughter’s wedding was 14 years ago, and we had two similar dispensers for water. I have been using them for 14 years at family gatherings at my house and it is such a great help when making tea for 20 plus people! The 14 yo ones finally failed, one about 1 year ago, last one recently. So I had to order some replacements! I chose these because the were lighter than the nice glass ones and are easily washed and stacked within itself. Love my new essentials! ... show more
