The media could not be loaded. It is not the most expensive looking piece as it is plastic but worked great. Came with the cups, but wasn’t the look I was going for so I bought these martini glasses from party city.

Ordered for my daughter as she requested it and it looked cute. But I was very disappointed when we set it up and tried to use it for the first time. The pump was extremely noisy and it pumped the water through the tubes for about a minute but then stopped. We turned it off and doubled checked everything and tried again with the same results. After about a few seconds it just quit all together. We had to just throw the thing in the trash and take it as a life lesson. I was just glad it wasn’t too expensive. But still disappointing. For people considering this just be careful. It is a cheap quality plastic item made in China so you kinda get what you pay for. ... show more

I love this punch fountain, but it is not the most reliable. We spend a lot of time before each party trying to get it to flow. Once it works, it is gorgeous and a great talking piece. It is a great size and has lights at the bottom. I bought one a couple of years ago and it stopped working in less than a year. I contacted nostalgia electrics about the warranty, but did not receive a response. Amazon took care of the issue and was very wonderful to work with. I do like the fountain, but just know it will be a time commitment and it may not last as long as you would hope. ... show more

This fountain was a hit at our Christmas party. Avoid beverages with pulp or other debris as it clogs the motor. The instructions also say don’t put fruit as garnish in the main bowl for the same reason. My concoction included sprite and if you add too much carbonation the fountain stops. The motor can’t push the bubbles. Have lots of juice on hand to refill because your guests are going to love this fountain! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. It arrived on time and all parts were intact. Very easy to put together. I think it’s priced well considering other beverage holders are around the same price & the fact that it’s a flowing fountain definitely adds an extra touch to your event. The only downside some might have is that you cannot use carbonated drinks, or juices that contain pulp/fruit/food in this fountain so that it doesn’t bubble over or block the flow. It’s also easy to assemble/take down and you can clean it with some warm, soapy water and a washcloth. I also use a small and large straw brush to throughly clean out the spouts and rods that connect each tier. I personally purchased it for a tea party and although we will have too many guests to use the mugs, I love that it comes with them! ... show more

Seems like it is quite a common occurrence when purchasing this item. I read other reviews that said that the item looked to be used when they bought it new. I knew right away it was used because the box wasn’t even properly taped shut. Some parts were dirty and scratched.
