  • High-Quality and affordable, very little care and can truck through most prints
I bought mine in April 2023 and as of January 2024 my printer is going strong. I am incredibly surprised by the 4k quality that the Halot Lite is capable of. I am a little worried about what to do when warranty runs out if i ever have any screen defects but other than that, the quality of life of using the halot lite has been incredible, with the fast print times and wide resin compatibility. I am hoping to upgrade to the Halot Mage soon to set up a 4-8k print line. ... show more

  • Quick and easy
This product was super easy to set up. Just manually level the bed with a few screws and that’s it. As someone who has never done any 3D printing before this was a great place to start. Big enough to make some medium sized prints. I have had a few prints fail but at this point I’m still learning so I couldn’t for sure say it was the printer and not something I did. ... show more

  • Worked great for six weeks
The printer worked great for about six weeks then the LED screen just stopped working. No prints on the build plate, no residue in the vat just nothing there. Using the clean feature, the LED screen tries to flicker to life but won't light up. Of course there is no way to return it at this point. I've contacted Creality but as of yet seen no response. Will see how that goes, but based off other reviews I am not too hopeful. UPDATE: I provided their support with a 28 minute video showing the printer no longer functioning. The video clearly shows the LED UV screen isn't functioning, the result of the "print" was not even remotely close to what was submitted. Then they reply again asking me to level the build plate... If you are a resin printing person that is obvioulsy step one. If there is no print on the plate and no evidence of failed prints on the PEF/Vat, then it isn't a levelling issue. They have now offered a full refund, and they have also offered a %70 refund if I want to keep the failed device. I am going to try for the full refund as I have no use for a broken printer. I have two creality filament printers and wanted to stick with the brand, but this gives me pause. I guess we'll see what happens. Creality Message 1: 1:A screenshot of your complete purchase link and the order receipt/invoice (it's a prove of warranty) Attached. 2:A picture of the SN code (it's a bar code sticking on side of the printer /control box/about tab in the Sonicpad ) Attached. 3:A video of the malfunction (you could try uploading it to any cloud drives or youtube, please check if the permission is set to public if you are using cloud drives.) 28 Minute video provided. 4:If you have already conducted related tests, please share the test results. I print a validation/calibration matrix after every time I add resin (Image of validation matrix attached). It is six small validation squares that I print on each corner and in the middle. Since the evening of 6/28 I have attempted to print that six times with zero success. This was after I attempted to print two simple characters/figures. There is no residue on the build plate and no residue on the vat/FEP. The UV lights are not functioning. I have reset the device to factory settings. I have made sure my firmware is up to date, I have removed power for many hours. I have attempted to print from three different USB drives. The validation matrix print I use has never failed to print until 6/28, and it never even attempts to print now. 5. Did your machine worked properly before the problem you are experiencing occurred? I have printed several high quality prints. Upwards of 75-100 objects. I will include images of some of my prints in the google drive I share with you or in the video. I have printed several items for friends that I do not have images for. I do enjoy this printer, but it has failed absolutely. I have an Ender 3 V2 as well and when I decided to move to resin printing I wanted to stay with Creality. I hope you can help me resolve this issue. I sincerely appreciate your time. Much Thanks, Update- I have no Idea where this refund is supposed to come from, but the last email I got from Creality... "There is a new response to your feedback as follows, for a response please reply to this email We are sorry not to help you solve the problem, you have operated a refund in the purchase platform, we respect your decision, thank you again for your support, wish you a good day ~." Final Update: Creality stopped responding to messages. They do not stand behind their product at all. Amazon stepped in and refunded the item. Customer service outweighs product to me and this customer service experience was the worst I've ever had. Cudos to Amazon for stepping in. Creality has lost a customer and I hope to discurage others from using their products. ... show more

  • BEST overall resin printer HALOT-LITE
I have a small business called NerdPrinter, I have shipped about 400 orders so far just this year, a lot of these orders require multiple prints, so these things have been used like crazy. I just bought my 3rd one, the other two are still running strong! My printer line up is 3 M3s, 1 M3 plus, 1 X, 1 X2, and now 3 Halot-lites. Level is just as easy as the others, but I have had 0 FAILS, that's right 0. I have used elegoo resin, sunlu, resione, and Siraya Tech. This includes, water washable, standard, clear and ABS like and absolute 0 FAILS. My new mix that I have been using is 1 2000g part ABS sunlu, 1 2000g part standard and about 250 gs of resione and holy cow, I have never done a drop test and been so amazed!! I love the etra features, like uploading the stl to the printers internal storage, wifi and updating. The built in filters is also a plus! I honestly cannot believe how amazing this printer is! The build plate size is also a plus! Creality if you see this, I would LOVE to review your new Mage line of products. I also have 7 Anycubic Kobras, 1 Kobra Max and 1 Kobra 2... I havent had the honor of buying a creality FDM yet, but it's on the list. ... show more

  • Simple to use, superior prints at a economy price.
This is my second Resin printer purchase, the first being a Photon S, purchased 2 years ago. The Halot Lite is a major step up! I can't begin to say how pleased I am with this purchase. This printer is bigger, almost twice as big as the Photon and twice the resolution. I was totally amazed with how simple it was to set up and print. The prints come out detailed and the only fail I have has after 1000ml was due to human error trying to manually place supports. I don't know what the long term will be of this printer, but I can say that for now I am very impressed and would recommend this to beginners and anyone looking to get a great 4k printer without breaking the bank! ... show more

  • Only works for a while.
Only works for a month. Will suddenly just stop curing resin. Even after troubleshoot and FEP replacement it just won’t print. This is my second Creality printer. I had the exact same problem with my Halot-One. Worked for a month and randomly stopped printing one day. I’m sick and tired of spending hundreds of dollars and getting only being able to use a printer for a month. This is ridiculous. I’m a student and don’t have that disposable income. ... show more

  • It's big, really big
so big that you need extra resin on hand because the vat needs about 350ml in it due to its design and size. the plastic vat sucks. it's holding up still but Im looking in to a halot sky ld006 aluminum vat. It does not have sloped sides so 200ml looks like about 1mm on the fep sheet. I upgraded the fep to nfep because it sucks as it comes, but worth the cost considering how much of a value this printer is. keep it topped off and get new fep. Also tune the fep before your first print. My sheet was loose and I got failures before I figured it out. tighter fep is better, but don't be an ape. ... show more
