The media could not be loaded. My 1st printer was an ender3maxneo..I like it a lot but when I bought this one..I fell in love! I LOVE the auto extrude/retract. Like 5 🌟 on that alone! It's a fast little printer and has been going almost non-stop since I bought it! Setup is insanely easy, kit includes every tool needed. Doesn’t come in 9k pieces like a lot of other kits. Maybe 30min total from opening the box to starting the first print. Interface is easy to follow, excellent product for the beginner.

This was my first dive into 3D printing. Once the box was open it took me roughly 15-20 minutes to get everything assembled, the bed leveled, and my first print started. This is brand new out of the box and we’ve tried everything you could think of and need to do but it is still stuck on the auto z offset. I contacted tech and ended up getting a child who sent a rose image and telling me they went to get water after all while I’m waiting for a reply to the video and purchasing of product info I sent. The most unprofessional conversation and help I’ve received in my life! Not happy at all as this was a gift. Update: we were able to solve the issue ourselves with a program and the volt. We’re testing it out this week to see how it continues to go. We were able to print the sample cat. It does look good. We still have no hope in tech support as we’ve been talking with friends and YouTubing. ... show more

Omg did I buy a great toy. Please get the BLTouch as it completely helps a lot and understand that this is going to be a lot of fun. Very easy to use a d I have to say as a beginner here, a reality makes it super easy. The screen is awesome and I am just working on getting it hooked up to a Raspberry Pi to be able to do more with it. I might buy another one because I think it’s worth the money. More advice that the BlTouch is to get good quality filament and use PLA first as it is cheaper than the rest and easiest to start with. Print some add one on Thingiverse or Cults 3D, and just learn what you can do. ... show more

Everything to start printing it’s in the box. This is my second 3D printer, the first when I bought it as a kid and was much more difficult to assemble. It’s a good beginner sprinter however it requires a little bit of effort to get very good prints. The seller is great; Had some issues related to Creality and he was very quick to respond and provide the necessary replacement. Highly recommended! ... show more
