I like the Briggs and Stratton motors. they start very well and last. I order this one do to i hit rock then a stump with my old one thinking it was not going be able to be fixed. but it was now I have two.

Paid 350.00 for this mower, once you stop for traffic or passing people while cutting grass, you have to wait an hour until it will start again. Called the company and was told to email them, emailed 3times no response and it's been around 10 days.

Lawnmower did not come with all the parts and I had to call Craftsman multiple times, get transferred to two different departments and now I am waiting 2 weeks for the replacement parts to arrive...

It mows good , but it’s hard to start. We have another older mower we still use. It starts on or crank. This one takes lots of tries.
