Update: Craft Express US responded and sent me a replacement part!!! Excellent Customer Service!!!! I purchased the Craft Express 40 OZ Tumbler Heat Press Machine for 40 OZ Tumbler with Handle,2 IN 1 Pro Max 30 OZ Tumbler Mug Press for 20 OZ Sublimation Tumbler Blanks,2 Heaters Sublimation Machine for Water Bottles Unfortunately, it began burning the tumblers after 2 tumblers were pressed. After the burning I saw on the tumbler I pressed (pictured) a friend recommended that I test the temperature of the heating/pressing element with an infrared thermometer. I set the tumbler press to 385 degrees and waited for it to come up to temperature. When I tested it the center registered at 415 degrees and the ends at 345-365 degrees. I have reached out to craft express via email and via amazon customer support. If they ever respond I will up date my review. Be aware that there are 2 Companies Named Craft Express. One is Craft Express US and the other is Craft Express (based out of China) which is who I purchased from. It is very hard to tell the difference when viewing items on Amazon as the product photos from both companies are almost identical. ... show more

I couldn't wait to get my new bigger press! Well I got it last week and got it set up! Did a 35oz tumbler at 365 for 60 seconds, rotated and did another 60 seconds! Took the paper off and my $40 tumbler was burnt in spots!!! I get my trusty heat gun and get the temp of the press, it was as high as 402 in some spots! I send Craft Express an email and they send me another one that I got today and guess what???? SAME THING!!! You would think for this kind of money they would test them before they ship them! So now I have 2 worthless presses that are going back for a refund! ... show more

I haven't had any issues with this press so far. Heats well and is easy to use. I just wish the press could open easier. Other than that, I still rate it five stars after about 5 months of use. Definitely good for first timers!

Machine seems well built but it did fail on first try to use it. Was easy to get replacement through Amazon. Waiting on replacement to arrive. Will update . Update They sent replacement in November. It lasted from November until February. Was used on about a 6 cups and then control screen went black this time .Just want to send it back and get refund. I would advise no one to buy it.
