I got these pillows about a week ago. Unpacked one and gave it a few days to fluff out after bashing it around first to get it started (as recommended). The first couple nights of use I used a pillow case only. Lying on it was heaven! After a while tho it felt flat and not a comfortable rest. After a couple days I put it in a protector cover as well as a pillow case...hard as a rock. Grabbed old faithful last night. Going to take off protector tonight and try again. While this was suppose to be a cool pillow, it is until you add any covers. I want to love this pillow, I really do! 8/7/24 update. Ok I took off the pillow protector and am in love again. I agree with the many comments that this is a "hotel luxury pillow". Not a snowballs chance. This is a simple microfiber filled pillow. Period. Yes, it is comfy, for now, but we shall see how long that lasts. I am not one to get a new pillow each year. I can't tell you how old old faithful is... ... show more

I bought it for my bed. They are soft, cozy and perfect for queen size bed. I had pillow covers which perfectly fits on the pillow. The hight of the pillow is perfect according to my neck. The only think I didn't like that they are very pricy.

If there isonethingin my life that Iam never sure is the right pillow for sleeping, i've bought pillows prior but because I live outside the states, sending anything back is impossible. These pillows arrived and I followed the instructions, I hit em, puffedem up, let em sit for 2 days and then the magic happend. First night my head hit the pillow I was in HEAVEN, they are just so comfortable and today is 1 month and they still retain there shape. I wasn’t too sure about buying these. My experience with down has always been that they look fluffy but go flat as soon as you put your head on them. I waited until they had a discount and ordered them. They are amazing. They fluff up so nicely, and continue plumping up over a couple of days. They are soft and luxurious, and though your head sinks into them, they don’t flatten out. In the morning I squish them up a few times and they are back to their original state. I have ordered two more sets for the other beds, and guests tell me they feel like they are at a resort. I ordered bamboo pillowcases to go on them and they keep me cool all night long, but more on that in my other review. I’d write more, but my pillows are calling me! ... show more

Unfortunately, like many other reviewers, I find these pillows a bit too soft. They fluffed up nicely and are cushiony. But I am. Side sleeper with wide shoulders and these pillows simply don't give all the support I need. They need a firm foam core or something. I like the cushioning, but need my head to drop less. I tried stacking them to achieve the height I need, but then the fluffy cushioning is lost. I have a rather firm mattress and may find these better if the mattress gives a bit so my shoulder sinks in more and there is less neck stretch. Time will tell. Like sleeping on a cloud, but too thin of a cloud. Fine when on my back. ... show more
