I do love these Cozsinoor soft pillows. I have back and neck pain and feel best with a few soft pillows rather than firmer pillows. I've only used them for one night, and even though they are labeled as soft, they are a little too firm. I'm expecting them to soften up a little more in the future. I bought these pillows about 16 months ago for actual sleeping (not just to fill shams or in a guest room). They’re the perfect support for side and back sleeping, and even with nightly use have not become smashed down. They’re just as fluffy as the day I got them. I bought the standard size, and they fill out the pillowcases completely. I just bought two more so I’ll have four pillows on the bed. Really happy with these. I’m not a good sleeper due to fibromyalgia. I sometimes have to sleep for 10-12 hours to feel rested. I find these pillows to be very comfortable - soft, yet supportive too. They’re also a good buy price-wise. No wonder so many stars and good reviews! ... show more

Beware of high ratings posted for these Cozsinoor pillows and be cautious of comments. Features are not reliable as advertised. No support whatsoever. Fill material collapses on use. Requires fluffing up. Not good for stomach sleepers. Too soft for side sleepers. May work for back sleepers but best to find more comfortable pillows. Compact packaging made for mail order but inefficient for exchanging or returning product. Ordered two sets but only opened one. They’re so going back to Amazon. I've been trying to find a good pillow that doesn't just fall apart in a few months. I like to have good head and neck support and find that I have to fluff and fold other pillows to get them to support my head comfortably. This pillow doesn't require any folding.
