I was looking for something that feels like the pillows I sleep on at hotels where you kind of sink into them but it still provides support. This one is soft and fluffy. Which is cool if that's your thing... it's just not at all what I was looking for. My husband loves it though.

Received the pillows quickly and the sale price was good, but once unpacked and allowed to fluff up, they are the smallest and least filled "Queen" sized pillows ever...I don't expect them to last long. Will put them on a little used guest bed. Best for guests with little heads.

This pillow is not firm and does not fluff up in 48 hours it's like air you put your head on it and right to the mattress your head goes, then it puffs up around ur face and ears. Worst pillow ever
