This plant came healthy and beautiful. It was packaged very well but the pot was broken in two. I sent a request for a new pot and was refunded the entire amount for the plant instead. Great plant and great customer service.

Beautiful plant, but I found 3 plastic cages in the pot. I replanted, but we will see in a month how this plant looks like, because even though I cut it gently alot of roots were lost.

It's a cute little plant. Came in one piece, I just wish it were fuller and a tad less lopsided. It'll probably look better as it grows, I'm guessing. All in all, not bad. It'll be a gift - no wow factor or anything, but a decent present.

I am surprised that this came and thrived as much as it has! I live in phoenix and it arrived on a 100+ F day. I am glad that I was here when it arrived as it was left in the sun, and when I opened the box it was nearly steaming. I immediately put the pot into a sink full of water and let it drink.
