The media could not be loaded. Works really good, picks up small debris and dirt which is exactly what I needed for the things I can’t get with the net. Great price and battery lasts a while. Definitely worth it 👍 🌟

    • Bad product
Vacuum will not work correctly, it moves from. One side of pool to the other side and stops and will not move any more. It doesn't move around the pool, reading the manual it seem they may have a defective product. I tried all the fixes they mentioned and nothing fixed the vacuums rotation problem.

Within a week of using this, we had only maybe used it twice, one of the plastic flaps broke off and I contacted the company and had to wait they said their printer was down and could not send a new piece until their printer was fixed which was odd. Then I received pieces that were not what I needed, and I had sent them a photo of what I did need, it was nothing even close and I'm not even sure if the piece they sent even belongs to this machine. I told them this and they have stopped responding. On top of this, this things takes multiple hours to charge Like at least 3. It works for about an hour and a half cleaning. Another odd thing is the power button doesn't have a way of showing it is on, the only way of knowing is it makes a noise if out of water. So when you turn it on you have to hope that the power is on and won't know until you see the winny move in the pool. It does a decent job but doesnt clean the whole pool. I would buy something else based on customer service alone. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I'm a 1st time pool owner and decided to try this and wow, does a great job. I wish it had longer battery life but overall cleans well and does it's job. Another thing the hook that it comes with didn't fit my skimmer stick so I have to purchase one that fits. The unit is durable, has quick movement in the pool and easy to clean. ... show more

    • Solid and affordable option
The media could not be loaded. Bought this while it was on sale since I wasn’t looking to spend a whole lot. Our pool is a 10x16 above ground pool. This vacuum was easy to put together and charged up just fine. I dropped it in the water and it did take more than the 5 seconds in the manual to start moving but it worked. It did a pretty good job getting the whole pool and even went up the sides about 10”. When it was done about 90 minutes later it parked by the side and was easy to pull out with the hook. Easy to clean out so no complaints there. I can’t yet speak to durability because we’ve used it once but we’ll likely use this a couple of times a week so I’ll update my review if anything concerning happens. ... show more
