There is a long list of things I really despise about this pool robot. Yes, I bought it knowing it didn't have all the features of my previous corded robot but this thing is terrible. 1. It is *so* heavy. It is a massive challenge getting this out of the pool based on the sheer weight of it. 2. It doesn't climb the walls up to the water line when it's finished. It has to be literally dragged out of the pool. 3. Their idea of how to fish this thing out is to provide a cheap plastic hook that is attached to a pole which I'm required to purchase separately. I had a pole that was the recommended size and the second time I tried to use it, after pushing the robot down to the shallow end where I could even reach it, the hook pulled off of the pole. Great. Now I have a cheapo plastic hook in the bottom of the pool and still can't get the robot out. 4. I cannot believe they have the audacity to call this a "large" filter. If you've ever owned a name brand pool robot (and we've had several over the past 20 years), then you will immediately recognize this leaf catcher is less than a third the size of the name brand ones. It gets filled up in 15 minutes. Then I have to dig the machine out of the pool again, adding frustration on top of frustration. 5. The app provides absolutely zero value. None whatsoever. Once the machine is charged, it has to be turned on manually on top of it and then put in the water. There is no way to navigate it or change the cleaning time, etc. with the app. Did they have me download this app just to get my personal info? I can't come up with any other valid reason. 6. It takes hours and hours to charge up. And yes, # 7 is it definitely does not hold a charge for 2 hours as advertised. I'm trying to figure out how on earth anyone else gave this thing a positive review because this is one of the worst purchases I've ever made. I’ve only had this pool cleaner robot a few weeks.. So far it done a great job vacuuming the bottom and sides of my pool. My pool is a 16x23 and the battery lasted over 2 hours in the PoolMr cleaning robot. The filter is large and the screening on the filter holds evening small sand and pebbles. It’s also heavy duty and well made. Very simple to use, just charge, turn it on, and set it in the pool. It will figure out the rest. ... show more

Product does not function as stated by the manufacturer. It keeps going up on two wheels, gets stuck on the stairs and only lasts 60-70 min, not the 120 minutes stated in the ad. No phone number and the Manufacturer does not return emails! I cannot get help with the unit. I had to get in touch with Amazon to get any response from the company and it still took 3 days to hear from them. I have no confidence in their product or their warranty, so I am forced to return it. ... show more

I got this new pool cleaner. It’s a Cordless Robotic Pool Cleaner. it’s made cleaning my pool a lot easier. First off, this pool cleaner is cordless. That means no more dealing with tangled cords or getting stuck on the pool ladder. It’s so freeing to just let it go and not have to worry about the cord getting in the way. The best part is, it has a powerful battery that lasts for long time. It can cover up large pool space, which is pretty impressive. This means it can clean our entire pool in one go without any problems. The cleaning power of this robot is amazing. It can filter out a lot of debris really quickly. It really does a great job of getting every bit of dirt out of the pool. One of the best things about this pool cleaner is how easy it is to maintain. The filter is large and top-loading, so it’s really easy to take out and clean. When it gets dirty, I just pop it out, rinse it with the garden hose, and put it back. It seems every year we do an amazing job of keeping our pool clean in the beginning, but the later in the season it gets we just get busy or lazy, or perhaps a combination of both and our pool will suffer for it. I have a new job that will keep me away from the house longer than normal and so I knew I need something like this to help out with keeping the pool clean. We near tons of trees so it can be a real problem. Although we haven't had it very long at this point, it's doing a good job of keeping debris off the bottom of the pool, saving me from a lot of extra time and stress. No complaints with the battery life either. If we have any issues moving forward I'll be sure to come back with an update, but otherwise I'm glad that I ordered this pool vac! ... show more
